5 out of 5 eggsBuy it! Great card for the price!

Pros: GDDR5 memory @ 4 Gbts with a 256 bit bus that can take advantage of it. The dual fans appear to keep things cool and bench-mark ratings for this card were high regarding the performance compared to price. Lastly, this was built around the PCI Express 3.0 x 16 platform, so it is up to par with the latest and greatest boards; for now.

Cons: Bulky and a bit tricky to install in my full ATX tower case (but my case is over 10 years old). Most graphics cards with these specs are likely to be equally bulky though. It takes up two card slots on the rear expansion panel of my rig (no big deal for me). You must have this thing plugged into your power, and it comes with two molex plugs to do so. These are all manageable and in no way cause for a loss of an egg in my opinion.

Other Thoughts: I love this card so far. I bought it because I wanted to play the latest Wolfenstein games and my card was just under the minimum. The game was playable, but it glitched often and was not fun at all. This card is overkill for that game, but I figured this way I would not need to upgrade again for a few years (fingers crossed). Now I play the game on the highest settings and it handles like a beast! I also noticed major improvement to my computer' management of opening and closing windows and load times for webpages when browsing. I would recommend this card even if someone is not a major gamer.

4 out of 5 eggsDon't know if I trust Radeon or not.

Pros: I noticed all my typos so I wanted to re'post so I don't look like a goof. lmfao. I got this card for an older gaming build I wanted to finish. I wanted a 4gig 256bit card for under 200 bucks & this is Dope, I did however have to redo my whole entire operating system to get it to work right! But I guess it was about time any way almost 4 years.. I have all ways had issues with Radeon graphics cards in the past so I do not know if I trust Radeon Graphics cards yet.but it seems to be working well. I gotta say AMD makes 1 hell of a CPU:)
My build

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1
RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Intel core 2 quad Q9400 2.66ghx OC by 15% 10 2.73ghz
And now SAPPHIRE 100364-4GL Radeon R9 270X 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card (Dual-X Edition)
Those are my main parts.
use to have a 2gig ddr3 Gigabyte gt430 graphics card & I upgraded to this one.
My Frankenstein monster is now complete!

Cons: I Had to redo my operating system to get the card to work correctly! That really sucked. I probably will never buy a Radeon ever again sorry to say, But AMD makes 1 hell of a CPU! Nvidia is a WAY better graphics card I wish they made a 4gig 256bit graphics card in the 200 dollar price range.

4 out of 5 eggsAffordable 4gb card.

Pros: Can multitask pretty well, this is a card I'd expect to pay $250 for. Great card for the price.

Cons: Throws a blue screen every once in a while on certain games, very rarely. I've tried every sort of trouble shooting I can but to no avail. It's not enough to complain about, but it's a noticeable flaw in my card.

4 out of 5 eggsRadeon R9 270X

Pros: This is a very powerful graphics card when it works. It plays a lot of current games like GTA V, Ryse, ZNA, Wolfenstein. No problem.

Cons: The only thing I have notice with this card is that it will drop your frames if you have MSAA on in the option settings. Its better to turn this off. My first graphics card died after a year of usage. The VRAM started to malfunction. The good thing is that it was replace within a week. Sapphire gave me good customer service.

2 out of 5 eggsits an okay card but has some issues

Pros: its kinda fast.

Cons: it only has 1024 stream processors while the normal r9 270x has 1280.

it has a pretty bad flicker problem with me as have some people with this card.

the 4gb with this card is completely useless might as well get the 2gb version for less money if your set on getting this card.

Other Thoughts: I would recommed the r9 280x or the r9 290 for a little more money but they have way better performace in ratio with how much you spend.

5 out of 5 eggsastonished

Pros: Absolutely nothing else to say but astonished.
Running the following:
Amd x2 760k 3.8 cpu
8 gig ram
As rock mb
Had a 2 gig zotac graphic card upgrade to this now it lags no more people spend big money for graphic performance but you need too spend big $$.

I have no issues what so ever.

Running cod advanced warefare with precise and smooth graphics I can't stop playing.

Get this card!!!!

Cons: Good luck if you have any
You need to upgrade your pc not graphic card.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommend.

5 out of 5 eggsThis thing is a beast.

Pros: For the price, this thing rocks socks. I've had it for about 8 months now and at 1080p this thing is running Battlefield 4 ultra settings at 40-45 fps, Borderlands 2 maxed settings at 40-50 fps and its stays fairly cool. I would say that if you are looking for a bank for your buck then this gpu is at the top of the list for budget builds. If you're not hurting for the cash, go pick up a R9 290 for an extra 110 and you'll be glad you did.

Cons: n/a

Other Thoughts: FX-8350
Asus M5A97 LE 2.0 mobo
Team Dark 8gb 1600 Ram
Sapp R9 270x
WD 1TB HDD

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Runs most games smoothly with just one card bf4 ran at 60fps on ultra, crossfired i get 300fps in cs:go. Its a nice compact card so it'll fit in smaller cases, can get quite loud if crossfired

Cons: Runs loud, can get a little hot if crossfired and case is lacking in cooling
