5 out of 5 eggsIt will handle the load

Pros: It plays Battlefield 4 like a beast and that game can be pretty challenging to a GPU. Stand atop a skyscraper in Shanghai and see when I mean. I also managed to get the card at a good price.

Cons: It is fairly loud at load but I am playing a loud game as well. You only notice it when the game is quiet

Other Thoughts: It means my CPU is now the bottleneck and I can't do anything about that. Rats.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Card you can get for the price of $175

Pros: If this is your budget, get this card. If your budget is higher get a gtx 970. Even higher, 980. Even higher, just stop...you're done.

Cons: wish it came or was able to easily get a backplate

5 out of 5 eggsawesome

Pros: two large fans, good looks, nice durable connections, dual monitor support. heavy duty plastic casing, nice heat sync, Extremely awesome box and well packaged, easy to install despite it's size, still running strong at 3 months, quiet

Cons: only 1 HDMI would like to see 2.

Other Thoughts: extremely Huge, way larger than I was expecting. still fit snugly and didn't block all the air flow in the case.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the money

Pros: Popped it in just this afternoon, I can run Wolfenstein: New Order and other new games on high settings. Just what I wanted.

Cons: I've read that this is a rebrand of a much older card.

5 out of 5 eggsONE YEAR LATER. STILL KICKIN

Pros: With a comfortable 1050 MHz boost clock and a 5948 clock on the memory, this card is still blasting through all my games, rarely crashing AT ALL, and just complimenting my Team Red PC. This card will do anyone good right now but I recommend buying a 300 series card, refresh, new series, better cards.
Fans are quiet, and only are very audible after 50% speed,
When it was at its prime, the 3 gigs of VRAM was fantastic and it still is for games like BF4 and an old title like watch dogs.
I LOVE this card, I am a huge supporter of AMD and hope this review helps someone make an informed decision.

Cons: I've never gotten above 70C on this card. It's rated for 95C but even under full load for over 3 hours, it stays at 55-65 range. It's hot but it's not at all a cool running card.
It's power hungry. A TDP of 225W makes this card pretty hungry but you'll be able to get away with a 500w psu, I opted for a 630W psu for the over locking and headroom.
None other than that.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Penultimate Budget Card

Pros: The temps are relatively low-- only 31-35 degrees C while idle, no higher than 60-65 under max load.

Gaming performance is excellent-- quite a few modern releases can be cranked up to max settings at 1080p, and if you don't mind medium, the 3GB of VRAM will give you solid 1440p gaming.

Max settings, 60 FPS! Alan Wake, Battlefield, Red Faction Guerilla, and more... only the latest Gameworks titles will give you trouble, and that's because of Nvidia's shady behavior. The card itself is amazing.

No coil whine whatsoever. The only noise is its fans, and even that's not a big deal.

Cons: Vastly Outweighed by the Pros:

It gets loud under load. The fans ramp up to about 49%, and when the game goes silent (AKA because I'm bad at games and lose a lot), you can hear it. I recommend using headphones, but for the most part, speakers won't be too much of a hassle. Keep in mind, the noise is a bit louder for me since I have my card open-air cooled rather than in your typical case.

The TDP is nothing small, and AMD jokes aside, the room does get a bit hot after about an hour of using this card.

Just a bit outdated-- let me tell you, I got a bit worried when I opened the box and saw a Crossfire bridge... on an AMD card.

Other Thoughts: I can't take away an egg for these small inconveniences, because everything else about the card has been perfect. Nvidia would have charged you around $300 for a good 1080p/1440p card, and here I am getting almost the same experience for $180. My only regret was picking the free "Super Eggsaver" shipping that made delivery take a week, as this card has passed every test I've thrown at it with flying colors.

AMD has made me their fanboy, and I won't object to it.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Runs well, fits with my blue theme, runs most of the games I play on max or really high. super quiet. My pc actually puts out colder air than what went in.

Cons: Can't run the newest games on max, but running two in crossfire can.
