5 out of 5 eggsFast, Quiet, kills games flat

Pros: -Two Fans, therefore the temp was never a problem
-Quiet, even when playing the most demanding games, like crysis 2
-Doesn't look bad either, but kinda doesn't matter much :P

Cons: -A little on the long side, takes up decent room in my case... but hey, it does its job well, so it could have took up more room for all I care...

Other Thoughts: -I did a little research before buying and definitely know Palit does well with their products. Even my rebate came in very fast.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrific

Pros: Runs ... Well... TBH it doesn't really seem to keep up with the fact that it's only a step down from the top tier consumer video card out there (GTX 580) but it runs stuff good

Cons: I have SERIOUS issues (at least once a day) with this card just randomly crashing when I play games (at least once a day on League of Legends, and today in an hour it's crashed like 4 times on Dragon Age II) on top of that I bought the sonic platinum version for my wife's computer. Both video cards give the same identical problems on 2 completely different computers with none of the same hardware except the RAM.

Other Thoughts: I also sent one of the video cards off to be looked at by PALIT because of how bad this issue got with the Sonic Platinum, and my warranty to RMA it with Newegg had already expired. I detailed them the serious issues I was having, they didn't send me a different video card or anything just sent it back with the message "Your GTX570 Sonic video card has been fully tested several time in different Operation Systems. Its performance is good in our testing system. Therefore, we will send the card back to you. Your problem may be caused by the driver or other hardware failure. Please contact our Tech support to check your configuration." Two separate computers, no identical configurations, her EVGA GTX 260 has been up pretty much 100% of the time since we put it back in compared to my 570 still crashing almost daily until I can afford to get rid of this paper weight, which the sonic platinum already is since I can't get a refund from these guys.

3 out of 5 eggsfan noise

Pros: The card performs great.

Cons: After about 20 days the fans started producing a very annoying sound when the RPM's increase during 3D gaming. The sound reminds me of a cicada/cricket in the distance.

Other Thoughts: hardware returned

5 out of 5 eggsbest card for the money.

Pros: Very fast even at stock speeds,,voltage already overvolted,,,way cooler than my gtx 470 and faster,,goes toe to toe with my friends gtx 580,,,
sexy card has that wow factor when you open the box.
good overclocking headroom.

Cons: very big card,,may not fit in all cases. (not realy a con but its good 2 know)

Other Thoughts: overall great value for the speed you can generate thru this bad boy.

5 out of 5 eggsInsane graphics

Pros: Two of these babies cuts through the most demanding games like a hot knife through butter. Even 1 did amazingly well compared to my ATI 4870x2 I replaced with these.
Rift with all sliders to the right @ 1680x1050 runs from 25-60. And in Rift, 30 seems like 60.

Cons: I have no cons yet. I've been very happy I made this purchase. I did alot or research before I went with Palit. I've made the right choice.

Other Thoughts: When I first installed these cards, I used the first two slots @ x16 mode.... Well, the heat was just too much and the top card was 20c higher than the other. I spaced them apart with the mobo set to x8-SLI mode and used a 3-way bridge to connect them. HUGE difference. x8 mode showed absolutely no difference in performance from x16. In fact, since the heat was no longer an issue and the cards could breathe properly, I was able to use the OC utility and get even better performance! In addition, this model has Palit's custom fan assembly to really move air quietly. I hardly hear them even under heavy load!
Eye candy maxed out at high frame rates was something I only dreamed about before. Now its a reality.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: Runs quiet in my full size case, love the 2x DVI and display port options. After a month of heavy use no problems to report.

Cons: None beyond the same cons the reference card has.

Other Thoughts: Looking forward to getting another one down the road.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great card, runs all my games at the highest settings. Crysis, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Cryostasis, these are graphics hungry games, running without a problem. It's doesn't get hot, and is only loud during startup.

Cons: It requires an 8 pin connector. If I ever go Sli, I'll need an extra one.

Other Thoughts: CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
4GB OCZ DDR2 800
Foxconn Destroyer MOBO
Xigmatek Midgard case

5 out of 5 eggsgreat 570

Pros: Card works great. Hardware/driver install was smooth. Games are blazing fast with no stuttering anymore!

Cons: None unexpected. Only thing is my power usage doubled compared to my 8800GT I upgraded from.

Other Thoughts: Used my 8800GT as a Physx card, and Nvidia drivers set all this up automatically. Only trip was this card requires a 6 & 8 pin power connector. My power supply didn't have any 8 pin connections - be sure not to get an 8 pin motherboard adapter like i did first...

4 out of 5 eggsNot too bad

Pros: Overall great performance, though not as big of a jump as I was expecting coming from a GTX280.

Works flawlessly with an Apple 27" Cinema Display using a MiniDP -> DP converter cable.

Cons: Card gets quite loud during gaming, and isn't even all that quiet at idle either. Most of the heat does not get expelled from the rear vent, so be prepared for an extra fan in your front bay if you don't want your hard drives to cook.

Other Thoughts: Unless you specifically need the Displayport, I would go with a reference design card instead.

5 out of 5 eggsWoW oh WoW

Pros: I'm speechless. Coming from a single AMD 6850 to 2 of these cards in SLI is just leaps and bounds. The cards don't reach over 68c and perform almost 100% scaling. These are beasts is all i can say. So long AMD, welcome green team.

Cons: I don't have 3 of them.
