Pros: Quiet, powerful, small foot print, comparably low power consumption.

Cons: RMA

Other Thoughts: For a few days over one month owning this card it worked perfectly. Then one day out of no where it started to produce a loud, high pitch nose, which was NOT the fan. So I RMA the card.

5 out of 5 eggsGood solid card

Pros: only draws power from PCIe slot, no 6-pin needed.
looks nice, great for a windowed case.
Stress tested the card for over an hour with fur-mark and never broke a sweat.

Cons: Got pretty loud under load the first week, but then the card became more quiet over time.

Other Thoughts: I got this card to speed up video encoding performance in programs that use cuda like DVDfab or any video converter. However, it didn't speed up video editing that much in comparison to my older GT640. If you are buying this card for video editing, I recommend the GT740 as it is better value for video editing and the use of cuda. Im not going to bother returning the card, since it is doing A great job.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: It works well, and doesn't us a lot of power.

Cons: The manufacturers website, and this website list the power requirements as at least a 300 watt power supply. The box that the card came in states it needs at least 400 watt power supply, with at least 20 amps on the 12 volt rail. I put it in a PC with a 300 watt power supply, and it hasn't choked, so I assume it's simply a misprint on the box...

Other Thoughts: Does anyone know what metrics we are supposed to use to self evaluate "Tech Knowledge"? I passed a A+ cert a few years ago, which basically means I know how to read, and plug components in, so I put down "Average".

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for pre-built systems with only 300W PSU

Pros: 1. Low power requirements. You get the latest chip Nvidia have developed.

2. The hardware looks and feel solidly built by EVGA (I loved the black metal housing).

3. No problem installing the hardware into a Dell desktop 3847 motherboard and minitower atx housing. Comes with a VGA adapter for older monitors.

4. No problem installing the driver into Windows 8.1. (downloaded it straight from NVidia).

5. Runs StarCraft 2 at ultra setting with the fan and temperature barely rising from their original state.

Cons: A bit pricey for its specs but it will save you from upgrading to a higher wattage PSU specially if yours is new.
$35 should be the appropriate price. Bought mine $129.00 as a black Friday deal.

Other Thoughts: Some hardcore gamers will say that the specs doesn't match the price but they don't see this from a light to casual gamer's point of view. And won't take into consideration its minimal power draw.

Other, like me, are happy to just get a complete system from companies like Dell or HP. And these systems doesn't allow much upgradability with their basic motherboards and 300W PSU. This is where the GTX 750 ti shines where it is pretty much plug and play.

5 out of 5 eggsGret budget card

Pros: Amazing card for the price. Plays moderate games such as WoW, TF2, Planetside, and SWTOR without any issues; running with almost every setting on Ultra or high except Shadows. Has a small footprint and doesn’t require any additional power connections. Very quiet…then again I’m comparing it to a Pc with an old stock AMD cooler. Runs cooler than my old GTS450 by a few degrees.

Cons: I wish it looked….nicer. The old GTS 450 (also from EVGA) had a nice cover that listed the card model on the side so you could see it through the case window, kind of wish they kept that going.

Other Thoughts: Machine Specs:
AMD FX8350
MSI 990FX MoBo
8GB G.Skill
Samsung Evo SSD
Corsair 750W modular PSU

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: This card is phenomenal for the money. It's playing everything I throw at it - Far Cry 4, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Crysis 2, Need 4 Speed, etc. Super quiet and no additional power needed. I can't say enough good things about this card. I got a great performer for a guy on a budget.

PC Specs -
Intel Q6600
8GB DDR2 Memory
SATA II 3gb/s Hard Drive
600 watt Power Supply
Windows 7 64bit

Cons: NONE

Pros: Awesome price to performance. Very low tdp of 60 watts. Great Brand. Can max most games at 1080p which is just unbelievable.

Cons: Card failed within a week's time but sent it out for rma easily so not too bad.

Other Thoughts: Wish it didn't fail but whatever it happens.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat while it lasted

Pros: Low power consuption
Small Size
Above average performance at a good price

Cons: Completly Died in the first week with very little use so I couldnt really test it properly..

Other Thoughts: Purchased to replace an MSI 460 Hawk that was dying... The card Intalled easily, and worked amazing for about 10 days then blank screen and nothing but post errors from motherboard so I was forced to purchase a card locally at a much higher price or do without a computer...I was forced to pay additional charges for return shipping on this also.. So Im Not very happy about this purchase in any way
