5 out of 5 eggsamazing for what it is, bought this card almost 1.5 years ago and figured id review it now

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: 1: This is an OC monster for such a tiny card with no extra power pins. I did change the bios a few months after to bump up the power limits to max the rail would deliver through the pcie interface. Mining right now at +210 core +715 mem 24/7.
2: 1st evga card i bought and after mining on it 24/7 OC for 1.5 years and the thing still stays under 60C on default fan speeds.
Id say evga is good haha.
3: Runs super cool even on OC and I have a ton of amd cards and man this thing totally beats all watt/performance.

Cons: Really cant think of any other than why is this thing so amazing when the other nvidia cards above it are only so so? based on price/performance/watts

Other Thoughts: Kinda wish there was like a quad gpu card version of the 750ti gpu.

4 out of 5 eggsA great product for my needs

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: As stated in the title, it fits my needs, came with a DVI to VGA adapter ( I know VGA is the plague) which suits my old monitor just fine. I'm getting good playable framerates at 1080p. I'm a happy camper.

Cons: the only bad thing I have to say about it is the fact that when I bought the item, it listed a back plate on the invoice. I did not receive that back plate.

Other Thoughts: I would totally recommend this card for someone with a propriety PSU and need to use it to update from onboard graphics.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased with the choice

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: Strong, does not require auxiliary power, plug and go the best performing card not requiring aux power out there. Supports three monitors and does excellent for playing games and watching videos on another screen. Sli capable and can be over clocked pretty easily.very low power consumption.

Cons: Not the best money can buy, newer cards at twice the price can do more. Not ideal for games requiring 6 or 700 dollar cards.

Other Thoughts: Best bang for buck, has a couple of years on it but it's still a fantastic card. At this price, incredible. Can make an average desktop into a gamer quick. Not top of the line but at a fraction of the cost, best card dollar for dollar.

5 out of 5 eggsExceeds expectations.

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: No PCIe power needed. Plays my games on "good" settings (older ones maxed, nothing lower than "High"). at 1920x1080, and maxes the older ones at 2560x1440. Fan stays quiet. Short card. Stays cool.

Cons: None for my uses. If you want to play the latest games on UltraMaxOhWOW, you'll need to spend a lot more.

Other Thoughts: Anyone gaming with this card is not "suffering" by any stretch for not being able to max every setting on the newest titles. This is a very high bang/buck card. It doesn't need auxiliary power (only draws <=61W, a little over 5A), so even cheap OEM power supplies can handle it, making it a great upgrade for people who don't also have the budget and desire to replace the PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect! Just what I was looking for!

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: -Great value for the money.
-Well built and constructed card.
-Adequate cooling; stays below 60 degrees Celsius under full load.
-Runs all of my games at 60FPS+ at 1080p resolution.

Cons: -None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: I did a fair bit or research on the GTX 750 Ti and the versions and vendors out there. I wanted one that was not factory overclocked, was not very long, and had an additional 6 pin power connector. This one was the closest one I could find that fit the bill. I have purchased EVGA before and at first was disappointed due to the product not working, however I eventually got it working properly and have been satisfied ever since (the issue was with the NVIDIA drivers contained on the installation CD). EVGA was my first choice mainly due to their warranty. This card replaced an EVGA GeForce 9600 GSO 512 that I purchased 6 years ago and is still working well. Performance wise, this card blows that one away.

5 out of 5 eggsLittle Card That Could

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: Small footprint. Low power consumption (powered thru MB slot) No 6-pin required from the PSU. Pretty fast even @ 1080P. Price. EVGA build quality. Solid 3-year warranty. Connections: DVI, DP & HDMI. The 90mm fan is pretty quiet overall.

Cons: Hard to find. None to report.

Other Thoughts: I'll admit. I'm an AMD guy for GPU's as of late (R390X in my main rig @ home) I have a AMD A6 6400K APU with OB 8470D graphics. It performed well enough for a lot of my turn-based strategy games. This is my budget computer I leave down @ my parents home in Florida that I use 4-5 times a year. I use a 27" 1080P AOC display & wanted a little more juice to pump-up the eye candy.

I was looking for a $100.00 GPU & found this. I loved it didn't require a large PSU ('m using a Corsair CX430M) as it runs off the MB slot. If you're looking for a short-money solution that will play most games @ 1080P, then you found your GPU.

5 out of 5 eggsBest 1080p budget gaming GPU

This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: For 1080p gaming, this GPU kicks some serious FPS ash. Movies, YouTube, iTunes, photos, etc., all are exceptionally rendered by this little pack of dynamite. Not for the high end users but more than enough for the every day grind.

Cons: Not even close to 970/980 territory BUT performs exceptionally well and delivers more bang for your buck than just about any other GPU in its class.

Other Thoughts: Only invest in this GPU for basic and/or budget builds. It does not belong in mid to high end builds.
