4 out of 5 eggsGood Performance For a Budget Gamer

Pros: -Fast performance for demanding games on high-medium-ish.
-Large fan size
-Got it on sale

Cons: -Driver bugs with Windows 7/8
-Game crashing

Other Thoughts: I ordered this on June 6, so I decided to review it. It worked for many games, but it always crashed within 5 min or so. So, I got a RMA from EVGA. It works perfectly now, and I would recommend this to a moderate gamer.

5 out of 5 eggsNvidia does it again

Pros: Low wattage
Stays very cool - see other for story
2gb provides plenty of memory for 1080 resolution displays
Nvidia control center now supports recording and shield streaming for >600 series.
Does not require a PCI-E power connector and measurements are small so it can easily fit in a Micro-atx case.
Takes everything I throw at it

Cons: No SLI support (knew this going in)
Double slot (kind of strange that for its size, it still needs to take up both slots, but i figure this is to keep its length down to fit in tight cases as well as a bigger heatsink)

Other Thoughts: Bought this because i was looking to build a "green" gaming pc. Originally i was planning on going APU and i have nothing against AMD, but that would have required me purchasing newer/faster memory and better cooling. One of which would also raise electricity costs factoring in better airflow.
I chose to stay with Nvidia for one more go around and link up with an i3. Test Results were shocking.
At full load, the card reached around 50 c and idle it was around 30 c with 4 120 fans front, back, and 2 on the side in a microatx case with nowhere for the heat to go.

Minecraft @ 1080 - 60 fps steadily
Dino Origin @ 1080 - 46 fps steadily
Killing floor @ 1080 - 60 fps steadily
RCT3 - @ 1440x960 (or something like that - game doesn't reach 1080) - fps stayed at 99-100 even while riding rides.
GTA 4 @ 1080 - Shifted between 30 fps and 50 fps depending on traffic and whether I was in a building or blowing stuff up/speeding.

I have also played EDF and Doom3BFG at amazing framerates with higher resolutions (but did not record the numbers). I have not tested any newer games since I do not have a desire to follow franchised games.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

Pros: Well packaged,on time easy set up. This is a mid-range cost video card with higher end technology. Changed out from a GT 520 2GB Gpu and my Widows Experience Index went from 4.6 to 7.2 out of a possible 7.9. I also stopped dropping frames & improved clarity on videos. Happy to say no problem with EVGA's rebate on both the Video card & the PSU. Very happy with the $119 price after the instant Newegg discount and EVGA rebate.

Cons: Non

Other Thoughts: HP Pavilion P6710F, W764bit Desktop, AMD 3.o ghz 1tb Hd 8gb ram ,EVGA 500Watt PSU,EVGA KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB GPU, Connected via HDMi to a 47" Vizio 1080p120hz Smart TV, sound connected to Samsung 1000 Watt 5.1 Surround Sound Aux 2. Netflix streams HD flawlessly , Website are all 720p to 1080p with no dropped frames. Verizon Fios Bundle. Definitely buying the EVGA 3753-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB for my same model office desktop.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great performance for the price, I can max out nearly everything in my game library and get a very good framerate at 1900x1200 (I haven't checked the actual framerates I get, but they're well above 30 FPS). Only Crysis 2 (the most demanding game I own) can't be maxed out, with VSync on I get around 30 FPS on Very High.

Driver support is great, I had no issues getting everything running on my new desktop, after I got my rig initially working I was playing games smoothly with great graphics within the hour.

Cons: None, everything works fine.

4 out of 5 eggsAn engineering marvel

Pros: -Small
-Lots of power for the money ( it rivals my gtx 560 ti classified edition, running most modern games on high if not more)
-Energy efficient
-Runs cool

Cons: - It might not please those looking for a more bulking graphics card.
- Slight problems with the drivers but a clean reinstall solved it.

Other Thoughts: Built my friends PC with this card. Unlike me, he pays the electric bill so I knew this card along with a 380 watt powersupply would do great.

1 out of 5 eggsBelow average performance, lacking features and poor drivers

Pros: - Looks good (black shroud)
- $150 of game credit (I don't play these games though)
- HDMI port allows me to play on TVs during LAN events

Cons: - Weaker than expected performance (choppiness playing Battlefield 4 at 1080p)
- Does not support SLI so I can't upgrade with another (apparently all GTX 750 and GTX 750 Ti products do not)
- Driver did not install properly on a fresh install (Windows 8.1 had trouble detecting the hardware)
- No full support for DirectX12 (apparently it only supports a certain

Other Thoughts: I was debating between this and the R7265 from ATI, and chose this because it was new in their lineup but the performance was somewhat below expectations as it wasn't able to play 1080p games as smoothly as expected. It looks good though, with a black shroud and pretty cool looking finish overall, but I may return this and get the Sapphire R7265 instead since that apparently has 19% more perf. according to Anandtech (try Googling GTX 750 Ti review)

My friend's GTX 650 Ti Boost is actually faster and that board actually supports SLI too, so he can upgrade with another while all GTX 750 Ti do NOT support SLI.

They also gave a free coupon for $150 of game-credit which is generous of EVGA but i don't play any of those games nor do my friends, so it doesn't really do anything for me.

The biggest gripe is with the drivers. I tried installing on a fresh install of Windows 8.1 and Windows repeatedly said it failed to install the driver after rebooting a few times. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled it and it worked the next time, but i was expecting it to work the first time on a fresh install.

Also i bought this card because it said DX12 support so I can have something more future-proof but i just found out that on the packaging it said "feature level 11_0", which means it doesn't fully support all of the new key features. I'm not 100% sure what this implies but i was kinda let down when I saw the review sites and they said it wasn't all there.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Patrick N,

I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with loading your drivers and that there was some confusion on the performance from your card. I can confirm that this product does perform well in most games and that it does support DirectX 12 at a software level, but at a hardware level the card will run version 11. Please keep in mind that we do offer 24 hour technical support and presales support at 1-888-881-3842 or by email at if you should have any questions on an EVGA product.

5 out of 5 eggsBest per watt performance available!

Pros: This card has the best per watt performance on the market. You can put this card in just about any OEM machine that has a full size PCI-E slot available and /boom/ decent gaming machine. It's a $150 4th gen console killer. Whisper quiet, no power supply connector necessary, 60 watts max power, the performance of this card for the power that it draws is amazing.

Cons: It didn't leap from the box directly into the PCI-E slot. I had to install it;p Uhm... the FTP game points... I never did figure out how to redeem them. But I wasn't gonna play those games anyway.
