5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding video card!

Pros: The main reason I bought this card was to bring my store-bought PC video performance up to par (1080p gaming) without upgrading the stock 300w power supply. This card has worked flawlessly for over a year now, not only in gaming (light use), but also utilizing BOINC when the computer is not otherwise in use. Nvidia drivers have had a few updates, and those updates have happened without any problems.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I would not hesitate to buy another EVGA video card based on my experience. If buying one today (as of review) I would choose the still in production 750 TI or a 950 series card from EVGA. Thanks again for the great product.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat graphics, but it can be a major pain in the posterier.

Pros: For not being a current high end model the graphics are very impressive and the ability to set overclocking is easy and works well.

Cons: I have a basic stereo system, two speakers and a subwoofer that use RealTek motherboard drivers. The video card audio drivers conflict with and interfere with the loading of the motherboard audio drivers. From the moment the card was installed I lost about 95% or more of the volume in my left channel. I have spent numerous hours over numerous days with NVIDIA tech support being emailed one procedure after another and one day spent about two hours in an online chat with tech support. The most recent solution was a link to a NVIDIA uninstaller that is supposed to uninstall drivers a normal uninstall will not remove. Then you download the new drivers and use the "Custom Installation" and uncheck each audio driver and use the clean installation option and no audio drivers should load. But one or more still does. As good as the graphics are for the combined loss of sound and the headaches, stress and anxiety that came with trying to get the sound issue resolved made the card a very poor purchase in my opinion. I very much wish I had purchased another manufacturers video card instead.

Other Thoughts: As much as I am growing to hate the GTX 750 I have to say that while the tech support people have been unable to figure out a solution to what they know is causing the problem they are very quick to attempt to help, are very courteous and more than willing to spend long periods of time in tech chat attempting to help and to send information and procedures through emails too. They are trying very hard to resolve the problem, but they just have not been able to. Possibly I received a card with a manufacturers flaw that keeps it from accepting the procedures/fixes/solutions I have been told to try and talked through, but that is only a guess at one possibility as to why tech support has not been able to resolve an issue that is well known to them. I know it is not a different type of hardware issue with my computer. Everything checks out and when an older set of speaker that I know work were tried to see if the problem was hardware related and was my speakers the ones I know for a fact work were exactly the same as the others. The right channel still received full volume but the left channel, even when turned up as high as it can go, was only as loud as a whisper. If the issue is not solved very soon I will pull the card and use it for target practice and purchase another from another manufacturer.

5 out of 5 eggsRelief!

Pros: It's itty bitty
Very solid performance
Quiet

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I spent about three months agonizing over whether and how to upgrade my graphics card (Radeon 6670), and eventually settled on a 9 incher, which I was only barely able to squeeze into my small case. I had to return that card because of a manufacturer's defect, but before I did I noticed that my airflow got appreciably worse when the case was closed.

After some more searching and agonizing, I found this adorable little thing and convinced myself that I didn't need super-premium performance, so I snapped it up.

It's a huge relief. It plays everything I throw at it. However, it should be noted that my tastes run to the older and less-demanding games; the most graphic-intensive one I ever tried to play was Mass Effect 3, with which it had zero issues.

Bottom line: In the past year my computer has stayed cool and quiet, and I have a system that I'm going to be able to stick with for several more years, thanks in no small part to this cutey-pie.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Efficient little card excellent for light gaming.

Cons: Will not do 60 fps on modern games maxed out

There was essentially 3 versions of this exact card all for the same price. A normal card, a superclocked, and a superclocked with 2gbs. And I accidently bought this one instead of the 2gb. Make sure you check the prices on each one

Other Thoughts: This is probably the best card Ive seen thats compact and less than 150 dollars.

2 out of 5 eggsFrustrating

Pros: Great picture when it's working!

Cons: Intermittently blacks the screen out for 2-3 second at a time. It may work fine for a while but then will start intermittently blacking out again. After researching on the internet, this problem appears to be common with many NVIDIA cards. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver multiple times with no success. I may have to consider buying another graphics card if I can't get this figured out.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Card for the Money

Pros: Very satisfying considering the price. I am able to play games on much higher settings with higher frame rates than I had been with my previous ASUS ENGT 430 that this card replaced.

- Very quiet and doesn't run too hot
- Runs most games pre-2014 on High-Max with little trouble
- Inexpensive for an intro-level card
- Able to overclock without overheating

Tested Average Frame Rates for Games:

(Note that these are on a 1360x768 display, because I use a 48" TV as my monitor")

- 40 FPS on Rome 2: EE on Ultra; 30 FPS with Graphic Enhancement Mods
- 35 FPS on Total War: Attila at High Settings, which are comparable with Rome 2's Ultra
- 60 FPS on Alien: Isolation at max settings
- ~45 FPS on StarCraft 2: WoL and HotS on Extreme
- ~50 FPS (30 in heavy combat) on The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition
- SMITE on Max settings at ~60 FPS, but it is prone to some stalls and therefore I use High settings while playing competitively
- League maxed at 60 FPS, with the occasional jump down to 58 during team fights and ability spams.

My GeForce Experience is also saying that optimal graphics settings for War Thunder is "Movie" settings. I will test this as it is currently updating.

Cons: - Takes up two slots?
- Will not play latest AAA games on max at 60 FPS

There's not much to complain about

Other Thoughts: I have to re-iterate that this is a wonderful card for the price, and in the week of owning it I have suffered no problems. There's the occasional One-Egg review because of DoA cards that bring down the average score, but that can be found in most review sections for a Graphics Card.

I'm running the card on a system with a Windows 7 OS, Gigabyte 78LMT-S2 Motherboard and AMD FX-8100 Eight-core processor and 8GB of gaming RAM.

Would recommend this to friends starting out in computer gaming.

1 out of 5 eggssecond one is defective also

Pros: mail in rebate, specs look good on paper, two defective cards in a row, I'm going to regret giving it a third chance if the third card they send me is also defective

Cons: the first one had to be RMA, the replacement did put out a signal on any of the output during post, using a Quadro FX 4500 as a known working card during trouble shooting, On a dell precision workstation 490 and a Optiplex 755 duing trouble shooting

Other Thoughts: I've received x2 of this model card so far that were DOA, A single RMA will set you back about one month from initial purchase date.

2 out of 5 eggs01G-P4-2753-KR

Pros: value to performance ratio, mail in rebate, energy efficiency to performance ratio, it arrived DOA but good specs on paper, unit was DOA

Cons: was DOA, I could swap my Quadro FX 4500 out and get thru POST into Windows, put in this card and no POST display, win drivers are irrelevant during POST, my computer has newest available BIOS and still no POST with this card installed,

Other Thoughts: requested RMA, sent it off on Jan 19th 2015, they state to allow up to 10 business days for them to inspect the contents of the package that you return. I'll update this with actual total turn around time if possible after I receive a replacement.
