5 out of 5 eggsSuperclocked Video Card

Pros: This card is the fastest card I have owned to date. The factory overclock makes this card much faster than the more expensive Titan Black. Running Catzilliz with his card at stock speeds put me in the 120 results in the country.

The card is put together very well, and the backplate gives it a feeling of very high quality.

Cons: This is one Power hungry card. I did not look to far into the power requirements until I thought about getting another one for SLI. Well my 1000W power supply is not good enough to run two of these things.

I will have to hook up a second power supply when I buy a second card for SLI.

Other Thoughts: There is no lighting bling on the card. A stock GTX 780 TI cooler will have Geforce GTX light up in green. This card does not have anything like that in the custom heat sink.

5 out of 5 eggsBest G.P.U. I have ever owned!

Pros: This graphics card is insane! From the looks of the overall gpu to the backplate, you can't beat the look of this card. As far as performance goes, all I can say is Amazing!! Runs everything I throw at it on ultra minus Watch Dogs, but I am running 3 monitors in surround, and we all know the VRAM utilization on Watch Dogs is horrible.

Cons: Wish it had more VRAM, a 6gb version would be great.

5 out of 5 eggsBest card made

Pros: air, water, dice or LN2. This card will do (almost) anything you ask. Running tri-sli.. and with the exception that powering 3 kingpins needs 2 PSUs (3 pcie per card), it - they - fly through anything at 4K resolution.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsA Tempermental but Powerful Giant

Pros: Fired away right out of the box. Upgrading from an evga gtx 670 4gb, I could immediately tell the performance difference on many games including my heavily modded and enb shaded Skyrim and my maxed out Wildstar. Both games performed flawlessly with at least 60 fps, and Carbine hasn't even released their performance patches for Wildstar yet. The card stays very cool under pressure, even if one of the fans didn't at first ( see other thoughts). I haven't had the chance to OC this beast yet but when its boost clock is already 1200 out of the box I don't feel an immediate need.

Cons: The card is HUGE, I mean seriously. I still have my ATI 5970 and the 780 ti classy makes that look like an inch worm. This may pose as a problem for those of you with smaller cases. Not only is the card LONG, but it's very WIDE too, and coupled with the side placements of the two 8 pins and one 6 pin you may experience some problems fitting the card into your build. Just a heads up.

The second problem I experienced was that one of the fans -- the one nearest the output panel-- would make a loud irritating whine/rattle when under stress. This would happen any time I would stress test with a game or benchmarking program, in this case Wildstar and Heaven Benchmark. I was unable to replicate this issue by manually adjusting fan control. However, I think I found a solution to this problem, the details of which I'll reveal in Other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: Continuing from my discussion of the fan's squealing problem, I am cautiously typing this out when I claim that I have eliminated the problem by breaking the fan in. What I did to get rid of the noise was manually adjust the fan to run at 100%, and left Heaven Benchmark running for about two hours. The fan whined during that entire benchmark session, but when I set the fan to absolute minimum and slowly adjusted it higher, it didn't return. I was finally confident enough to adjust the automatic fan curve and set the fan to automatic, and since then it hasn't made a peep aside from the low humming you would expect from a working fan.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice card OC'S like a champ hit 1300 MHz at 1.175 V really enjoyable able to hit 144 fps on BF4 with ease with room to spare heat is not a problem at all plenty of airflow keeps the card ice and cool (although 80 c isn't cool i suppose it could be hotter)

Cons: Drivers love to fail on BF4 but ive had many people running nvidia say there drivers fail every once in a while.

Other Thoughts: 4 displays at 1080p with ease

1 out of 5 eggsDefective

Pros: Was fast when it worked

Cons: It seemed to work Ok when I first got it. Then it started acting up. Games would constantly freeze. Finally it wouldn't play at all. Windows would crash every time I would try to start a game. It became unusable. Sent it back for refund. I replaced it with the Msi R9 290X LIGHTNING. This card played flawlessly.

Other Thoughts: Wished it would have worked but these things happen.

1 out of 5 eggsFollow up to "Missing GPU" review

Pros: None

Cons: If you read my other review on this product on here you will see how the GPU was missing in my package.

I have been in talks with newegg in emails at first and they suddenly stopped responding over 10 days ago. I have now decided to write this review to let everyone know that newegg has no plans on honoring it's customers at all, whether refund or replacement, for missing items if they are expensive ones.

I have sent three emails since then with no responses, to two different email addreses (one as a direct reply to the one they were emailing me back and forth from at first and one to a personalized newegg email address that they instructed me to email).

Other Thoughts: Buyers beware.

5 out of 5 eggsOWNAGE INC!!!!

Pros: Incredible Frame rates, tears up any benchmark I throw at it, I own 2 of these they are running in SLI with azrock extreme 11 and 3970 OC to 4.6 ghz 64 ghz dominator Platinum, on this config I got 18426 running 3d mark 13 and 9988 on extreme mode, both scores are flamestrike

Cons: Price, but you get what you pay for and in my opinion way better value than the titan black, which doesnt do much better on benchmarks

Other Thoughts: I love this setup, buy it you will love it too.

1 out of 5 eggsMissing GPU

Pros: No idea on the pros but from what I've read online it seems to be an amazing version of the already amazing GTX 780 Ti.

Cons: Shipping box came wet in some areas and I initially took notice to how light the box was in comparison to what I expected a graphics card to weigh since I have purchased GPUs from newegg before. Upon opening the box and then the EVGA box my heart sank to find out that the graphics card was not even in it.

I was all excited for the first two days of ordering considering I even applied for free 2 day shipping and expected it on a Saturday like it said it would. It arrived at my local facility on that Saturday but was not delivered to me until two MORE days later on a Monday, to my disappointment.

And now I'm met with further frustration to know someone (who knows, probably the UPS guy who's too lazy to even bring it up to my apartment) might have stolen it.

Other Thoughts: I've never had this problem from my dozens upon dozens of purchases online over the last decade. The most I've had were missing minor accessories or broken items.

I feel like the moment someone sees a newegg box they can safely assume it's an expensive piece of electronic. I recommend to newegg that they ship things more discreetly....

I am currently under talks with a newegg representative who is asking me for pictures of the box, as if that's going to answer anything. The last thing I want is to be *bleep* over of $850 that took me a week to earn.

4 out of 5 eggsObliteration

Pros: This card absolutely crushes any game I throw at it @1080p w/ max settings. It also looks really cool. It has dual-bios and a switch to toggle them. Also has dip switches for extra voltage and for disabling protection to the memory and gpu. Pre-installed with a backplate. Awesome card, period.

Cons: Had to deduct an egg because one of the fans makes a slight noise as if it's scraping against something or off-balance. I was able to situate the PCI-e power cables underneath a corner of the card to stop the noise. I really should RMA this card (for $850 there should be no problems!!) but I don't want to be out a video card for that long so I'll live with it for now.
And this is not so much a con, just something to be aware of for other potential purchasers - this card is not only very long but also very wide. Make sure your case has enough room for it.
Also be aware that you need 2 8-pin and 1 6-pin PCI-e power connectors, and that EVGA recommends at least a 600-watt power supply.

Other Thoughts: Overall a very nice card. I went from 2 660Ti's in SLI to this one and expected this one card to obliterate every intensive game I threw at it - it did not disappoint. Other than the aforementioned noise that one of the fans makes, this card performs very well and just looks good.
