A great upgrade for your integrated graphics, the GeForce GT 730 accelerates overall performance, including multimedia and gaming. An array of NVIDIA innovations, such as NVIDIA Surround, NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync, and the new TXAA Anti-Aliasing Mode, offers more than one way to elevate your gaming experience. Bring your user experience in work and play to a new level!

  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA Anti-Aliasing Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to two times the monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye-popping, crystal-clear quality.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, enabling a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

1 out of 5 eggsIncompatible with motherboard (Aspire M3970)

Pros: None - Doesn't work on my system

Cons: No indication anywhere that this card won't work with specific motherboards despite them having the appropriate slot.

Other Thoughts: Indication of incompatible (or compatible) cards somewhere on the product description would have saved me wasted money. The only indication is in the comments by people with different motherboards.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA 02G-P3-3733-KR

Pros: great card for the price.

Cons: none so far. in time im sure i will update if i have any problems.

Other Thoughts: i dont have a high end rig by any means not even sure whats really in it my friend slapped it together for me and suggested i replace the card the power supply because it only had a 350w i it. but this card runs the older games i play great everything looks better than my old machine that finally blew up on me and i had a bfg 9600 or something like that in it and this card makes those games look better than the bfg so im happy with it.

4 out of 5 eggsEasy install and works fine.

Pros: Small quiet, fast enough for me, easy install, works with 300 watt PSU in HP 710.

Cons: None, well, there is one VGA, one HDMI, one DVI.

Other Thoughts: The built in Intel HD 4600 didn't support 2560x 1440 on one monitor, now I an have that on two if I chose. It increased my Windows Experience to the highest, up from 5.

5 out of 5 eggsnVidia Solid - EVGA Consistent

Pros: I put it in my multi-booting machine and had no problems with drivers for Windows, Linux and "Hackintosh... Mavericks." Ran as expected in overall horse power for day to day stuff considering it is on the "consumer level" memory bus (64-Bit). I think it is a great value with 2 GB of DDR5 and 384 CUDA Cores.

Cons: No cons other than expected... Even though It has twice the CUDA cores than a GTX 550 and twice the memory, in day to day use the 192 Bit memory bus of the GTX 550 out performs it. One score is Microsoft's video happiness score of 7.0 for the GT 730 and 7.4 for the GTX 550. I'm sure if you had something that pushes RAM use or CUDA physics the GT 730 would win.

Other Thoughts: I made my choice between a new GT 730 with 2 GB and 384 Cores on a 64 Bit bus VS a used GTX 550 with 1GB and 192 CUDA Cores on a 192 Bit buss. I knew in advance that the 192 Bit bus would probably win out by a bit in day to day use but figured $80 for a New Card over a Used Card for the same price was the way to go. Who knows.. I may run into some killer positives if I run into applications wanting the RAM or CUDA Cores.

2 out of 5 eggsDidn't work with older Dell

Pros: Quiet...2GB, quiet.

Cons: Just as another reviewer reported, this card could not be recognized by my older Dell Dimension 4700C with the newest BIOS they ever offered. It just beeped and woulnd't boot. I don't feel inclined to be as forgiving as he was and view this as defective, plain and simple, especially given that other modern nVidia cards work in this computer just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsI Love This Thing!

Pros: This video card is amazing! It renders videos really fast and the videos play more smoothly! And the WEI score went from 4.9 to 7.0! I definitely recommend getting this!

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsGood card.

Pros: I mainly bought this card because of the price. It replaced a gt8400 in an old core 2 duo computer.
It's a half size card which would come in handy for some users.
For users worried about power supplies I'm using it with a 400 watt power supply with no issues.

Cons: I had to rma the first one because it just quit working after about a week. Have not had any issues with the replacement.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the price

Pros: Inexpensive, quiet, doesn't require 4/6/8 pin power source.

Cons: For the price range, none really. Sure, you're not running Crysis on Ultra with this thing, but it's a darn decent card for $79.

Other Thoughts: I had an old rig blow up on me after 7 years and rather than fixing it I played "scavenge the parts" and put something else together. The one thing I was missing was a video card, and this did the trick.

It's great for every day use, and I can game almost my entire Steam/Blizzard library on a mix of high to medium settings at 30-60 fps. For the cost in a budget machine or an older 300-400w PSU, this is the best.

4 out of 5 eggsBest video for 300w Power Supply

Pros: Card is very quiet and delivers solid performance for machines that don't have a large power supply. If you're not swapping your power supply, this is about as good as it gets.

Cons: Many cards are faster, but they require 400w or better power.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Choice For Older Systems

Pros: Small Size
2 GB of fast DDR5 memory
No external power connecter needed
Reasonable price
Makes no noise in my system
Easy to install

Cons: Did not increase the performance of my system very much. This is probably due to my system being a recent Dell XPS8700 and the OEM card was a GT630 with 1GB of DDR3 memory. My WEI for memory and processor are both 7.8. Both graphics scores are now 7.0, up from 5.9 and 6.9. This card would be great for an older system I feel.

Other Thoughts: BFBC2 runs much smoother now with all details at max. It will run any older game very well.
