Great Video Card
- Pros: This is the second Zotac video card I've purchased. No complaints whatsoever. Great price! Excellent features! Why pay more?
- Cons: None
- Pros: plays most games at high/very high on decent resolution 1680x1050 - 1280 x 1024
easy install with window 7 Great performance for the Price i used Evga precision to set my fan speed to 80% constant just to cool off the card faster idles at 37C to 42C and 56 to 70C at full load (i dont have much fan on my mid tower case) fan speed set at 100% is amazingly quiet recommend 80%
- Cons: Disable the automatic master gpu fan control with evga precision and set it to decent speed between 70 to 100%
otherwise its just like when a kid plays with the lights switch , on/off ,on/off ,on/off ,on/off ,on/off etc...
Overclocking-less option ,then again i knew that before buying
- Other Thoughts: Zotac ECO 9800gt
3gb DRR2 667 600gb hdd Intel Q6600 quad core 2.4ghz Antec 400watt Window 7 Ultimate

will report back with more result later on to let know how it is doing with next generation game coming out this winter
incessant buzz
- Pros: As far as I can tell it performs pretty well, although I am not a gamer. Installation was easy and it is nice that external power is not needed for this card. I selected this card primarily because I needed to drive two 2048x1152 monitors and I did not want buy a new power supply to support other similarly equipped cards (mine is 400 W).
- Cons: The card makes a constant high-pitched buzzing sound when the computer is running. I'm not sure what is causing the sound, but it is pretty noticeable. It is bad enough that I would consider trading down to lower end card to get rid of the sound.
- Other Thoughts: I know one egg is pretty harsh for something not related to reliability or performance, but I felt it was needed since all other reviews were five eggs: this consensus was originally a selling point for me and I feel that attention needs to drawn to the buzzing issue.
