The ZOTAC AMP! GeForce GTX 780 combines extraordinary power and advanced control features for a new level of graphics performance. The powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU of 2304 cores has factory-overclocked settings (1006MHz base clock and 1059 MHz boost clock, versus reference 863 MHz base clock and 900MHz boost clock) for jaw-dropping graphics. NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology pushes PC performance to new levels with precise controls. A Splinter Cell Compilation three-game pack coupon and ZOTAC Boost Premium software are also included.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but also for optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation, and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world-class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant, power-efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg SPECIAL BUNDLE Includes a Splinter Cell Compilation three-game pack coupon with Boost Premium. The coupon is for Splinter Cell Blacklist, Splinter Cell Conviction, and Splinter Cell Double Agent. ZOTAC Boost Premium harnesses every aspect of your ZOTAC GeForce GTX 780 series graphics card, and features applications to manage your digital media – including playback of high-definition video.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fast for a GTX780 out of the box.

Cons: Can't actually overclock this one more than 15 on the core clock. Might be a system overclock issue so that is why I don't really want to knock on this card.

Other Thoughts: I intended to get a 2nd one, someday, to go into SLI. Well this card isn't available anymore, and the 1 place I found one is way too expensive (600+). Used ones (when you find one) are also too expensive for my taste.

5 out of 5 eggswent from 6 FPS to 60 FPS!

Pros: One of the highest factory-clocked cards out there.
Let's Riva Tuner crank up the fans.
Performance upgrade from GTX 480, FINALLY!

Cons: Yeah, right....

Other Thoughts: I first bought 2 Asus Poseidons at a different site and had the same problem as another reviewer here. I could'nt get them to post. I thought they were doa or incompatible with my socket LG 2011 board and sent them back. Then I ordered two of these from Newegg. I got them today and once again, could'nt post. That's when I knew it was'nt the cards.... I ran a GT 620 in slot one and a GTX 780 in slot 2. Windows loaded and I could see the card in device mgr. but Nvidia couldn't see the card. It said there werem't enough resources! What?!? Lol! there are tons of IRQs. On a hunch, I went back to the Gigabyte site to reflash my bios.... I flashed last week with the latest bios. Today a new bios mysteriously appears that was written in 2013! I flash the "new" latest bios and "now" Nvidia can see the 780! I'm glad I got rid of the Poseidon GTX 780's though, These coolers are great and and the water on the Asus cards was just a copper loop, lol. The "Heat-Killer" full coverage blocks I ordered yesterday will be way better. These cards run hot, so crank-up the fans! I could heat my room, lol! I was running 6 FPS in 5760 x 1080 in Euro Truck Simulator 2 - on a pair of custom-liquid-cooled MSI GTX 480 Lightning cards, Now, in the same settings, (Ultra) I'm getting 60 FPS and I have scaling set to 300%! AWESOME!

1 out of 5 eggsNot working

Pros: it's pretty

Cons: my computer won't boot, or let me in the bios with the card installed.

Other Thoughts: Hopefully just a bad card... Have an RMA and will be sending it back to New Egg.

5 out of 5 eggsA Beast!

Pros: Any game I throw at it, Ultra settings without studders...The 3 massive fans keep it cool also. I expect this card to continue being able to handle Ultra Settings without studders for atleast the next 2-3 years. A true beast of graphics!

Cons: Only con i'm having right now is trying to find the smallest micro atx mini case it can fit into to turn it into my own steam/windows gaming box.

Other Thoughts: I spent as much as my whole xbox one on a graphics card...but this can do 120fps easily...X1 has troubles doing 60fps.

2 out of 5 eggsCheap, Good Looking, and Unreliable

Pros: -Card is economical for a 780
-Looks good, nice styling.
-Quiet fans

Cons: The cards are unreliable:
-First card I purchased had a bad fan controller that would loose control of the fan speeds (fans slowing and speeding up randomly for no reason). Exchanged with Newegg as it was within 30 days. (Newegg's service in this was, as always, superb.)
- The replacement card works, but crashes often, unless I downclock the factory overclocking on the memory by ~30MHz to achieve stability. Dreading to have to start another return, this time with Zotac and be out of a video card for another month.

Other Thoughts: Spend the extra cash for a card from a more reputable manufacturer, like Asus or EVGA. You'll be better off in the long run.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!

Pros: -Comes with a great factory clock, and is OC'd pretty easily.
-Handles everything I throw at it on max @1440p. Haven't tried some AAA titles like BF4 or Crysis 3 yet.
-The card just looks beautiful.
-Its pretty much silent, and I've never seen temps exceed 65 degrees Celsius.

Cons: -um. idk.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend ZOTAC products, and I will buy from them again in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Card

Pros: Handles 90% of what I can throw at with max settings.

I'm averaging 240fps in CS:GO on max.

Cons: Wish I had a second one

Other Thoughts: I love this card. I really do. It does everything I need it to and then some. The only game out of about 20-30 titles that I can't run on max settings is Assassin's Creed Black Flag and I mean just look at that game..

I even stay at the fps cap in Skyrim on Ultra. Then I added Double Poly Models, 4k textures, the Unbelievable Grass Mod, and an ENB. My GTX560 Ti would have been on fire playing on high, but this handles it alright. I had to turn down a few settings to keep it above 40fps when looking at all that grass. If only I had a second one to help render all this extra stuff.

I can play Planet Side 2 on max settings even though that games is more processor heavy.

I'd like to give FarCry 3 a go but I can't get it to install for whatever reason.

For CS:GO players and OG CS players that know having interp set to 0 and 300fps is FTW this card will give you just that while keeping the game looking as beautiful as it was meant to be.

Rust looks good, but of course is bottle necked by Unity4, can't wait to see it in Unity5.

DayZ mod runs fine on max settings. DayZ standalone not as good, but they're still working out the graphical kinks anyway.

GTA4 with the High Texture Project whatever mod and some elaborate ENB runs fine on max settings. I mean the game NEVER dips in fps. Which makes me so excited to play GTA5 on this build.

Duke Nukem 3D has some problems on max. Can't make sprites turn into 3D models, really blows man..

5 out of 5 eggsNice card

Pros: Price was reasonable compared to other 780. i was between either this or a classified.

Actually twice as powerful as the 480HC (and nibitor hacked bios) that I upgraded from...Mafia2 (used as my relative performance benchmark for hardware progression) average went from 50 to almost 100 and this 780 is still on air and completely default clocks. Temps much better than gf100...that thing boils water.

144hz DP support and monitor really helps fps gaming, even old games. I feel like I actually have an advantage.

if I wait until the gtx 8x0 release this will probably devalue to $350.

Came with 4 free games. no issues claiming.

Cons: Need $1000 to buy top of the line these days.
Nvidia can use some competition...I'm still an nvidia fan.
Has some coil whine during regular use.
I am afraid to know how much watts the computer is drawing under use. Fortunately I'm only a recreational user.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Very pleased with the card, benchmarks beat 290 (After market powercolor 290 PCS+ OC ed) In heaven avg fps at 1600 by 900 (like to have it in a window to see temp monitors) at max settings, 72.5 fps @ max 68C. 290 got 68.7 fps @ max temp 62C.

Temps are slightly higher then I would have hoped. Card is quite, while gaming, and Idles at 27C.

love how the card looks, Orange and black looks different form the rest of the cards.

4 Free games :) ASC4, Splinter-cell series

Cons: Coil whine when games reach 2000+ fps (Older benchmarks, cut scenes)

Card feels a little flimsy

Does not come with any plastic stubs or covers for any of the HDMI/DVI connections and PCI connections.

Other Thoughts: Cards is probably the best for its value. Beats the 290 series for gaming. Sent back my 290 trix and 290 PCS+ because this card is a better bang for your buck.

If 290 cards reach $450 or less Nvidia will have a problem, but as of right now, This is the best card you can get for low $500's range.
