Pros: This is the worst product EVER !! Sure -- it was cheap, but it's only a USB card !! How bad can it be ?? Drivers CD ?? Worthless !! Tech support ?? EVEN WORSE !! NewEgg should discontinue this product and do everyone a favor !!!

Cons: Worthless drivers cd, even worse support, doesn't work, windows 7 wanted no part of it, nothing good can be said about it !!!

Cons: Installed the drivers, then attempted to boot my machine with the card installed. Nothing, no post, no beep - NOTHING. Moved to another slot, same thing. Pulled card out - computer works fine. This card is junk - my OS is Windows 7 but we never got that far, it fails before then.

Pros: I have had this installed in my PC for 2 and a half years now with no issue. Most of the ports are full and it continues to run like a champs

Cons: Price has gone up since I bought mine, was 8.99

Pros: Plug and play. I bought it to use on a motherboard that has dead USB ports. I got it in and figure I'd test it out on a computer I had on hand running Windows 7 Pro. 64 bit. I installed it and plugged in my mouse and keyboard. turned on the computer and as soon as it logged in I was using my mouse and keyboard. No cd required. I started working on my other computer to do the upgrade. Installed everything into my case, installed the card and booted up the windows install cd and everything worked fine.

Cons: It's not 5 ports as advertised. You can only use up to 4 ports at the same time. The internal port is part of the external port closes to the bottom of the card. Also, there's a header next to the internal port that Newegg doesn't mention anything about. I was hoping it would be a internal USB header and be able have at least one front panel USB. I plugged it in and nothing happened. I don't even think the header does anything for the card.

Other Thoughts: Overall it's pretty good. It's got a pretty good build quality and I love the fact that I didn't need to install any drivers because I wouldn't have been able to install Windows with my USB mouse and keyboard.

Pros: All 5 ports work
The 5th port is internal, I guess that could be very useful to some people.

Cons: Drivers disk is absolute garbage, if I had just given it to my customer to install she would have been very upset.
When I tried to install the drivers (from the included disk) It was first of all very user unfriendly, no easy startup wizard, you have to dig through folders to find it. And when I installed the ones I believed to be correct the PC BSOD-ed and crashed every few minutes.
Had to remove drivers in safe mode.

Other Thoughts: Worth the price for sure, customer was amazed how cheaply I was able to give her 5 (well 4 external) new usb ports.

Cons: Says it works with windows 7 64bit but it really doesn't. The CD you receive with it has only xp drivers and older OS's and you can't find the drivers anywhere for it

Cons: The drivers are a bear to find as mentioned in many other reviews. Once installed, the ports only sometimes work and on one of my computers, it caused issues with available resources, causing my graphics card to disable and my IRQ settings to be a mess.

I highly NOT recommend this product, especially for older computers (which is what it is supposed to be most useful for).

Other Thoughts: Little to no support. Look elsewhere for this type of product. It works (kinda) but it's a huge hassle.

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Had 1 internal USB jack and a 5 pin internal headder. I needed a 10 pin headder for a 10 pin IDC cable to a SD card reader.

Other Thoughts: Should have looked at the picture a little closer.

Pros: Works like it should, didn't have to use the disk.

Cons: I wish there were two internal usb ports for my hard drive but whatevs.

Other Thoughts: Seems like a solid piece of equipment.
