This low profile card from Syba lets you add a pair of high speed serial ports to your slim-line system. It supports 16C550 through 16C850 UART specifications. The card will work with Windows operating systems from Win95 through Vista. It also works in DOS and Linux based systems.

The second one takes up and additional PCI-hole in the back of the computer case, and connects via a ribbon cable to the main board. Cons: The product pictures fail to show additional serial port.
