Tried reconfiguring slots, changing USB settings in BIOS, all the tricks I could think of. My monitor calibration quit working. Any device plugged into it, such as a thumb drive, would show up at first, then disappear. Close to 100 usbechi errors. (Changing EHCI settings in BIOS didn't help.) Other Thoughts: I think the card has conflicts with new USB 3.1 card that came with the board. Too bad. I have devices that really need USB 2.0. The X99 Deluxe has USB 2.0 ports, but not enough of them. Some of the devices I have don't like USB 3.0 or 3.1. Now I have to plug or unplug constantly, but so be it. Warning: USB 3.x is NOT as backwards compatible as the hype would have it. I've had things as simple as the keyboard and the printer go haywire on USB 3.0. PLUG AND PLAY. with renesas taking over NEC getting a good driver was a problem. The NEC drivers were not working. Problem solved with this card.
