This review is from: SIIG 2x1 VGA Switch CE-VG0F11-S1
Pros: It works. I can connect two camera system DVRs to one monitor and switch between them. That's what I wanted.
Cons: They don't tell you that it's powered by USB through a supplied VGA cable. The USB cable comes out of the end of one of the supplied VGA cables and is very short. Something like 12 inches. If you have free ports near your VGA connection then your fine. My DVRs however only have USB ports in the front and it won't reach. I had to get a USB extension cable to make it work.
Other Thoughts: This is the second one of these switches that I've bought. I bought the last one in July 2012 and it's worked fine for us. I just thought people should be aware of how it's powered, since they don't provide a picture or any information in the details.
