No, what you see is what you get. It comes with a standard bracket that installs in your motherboard.

will this card work in a computer running windows 98?

I just used it with Windows 7. As I understand it, with the very first Windows 98 you can't because it doesn't support flash drives, but for later editions like Windows 98SE you can get drivers. I'm afraid that Windows 98 is now more trouble than it's worth so you'd do better to upgrade the operating system.
