I thought the item would be shipped from California, so I paid extra for 3 day shipment. It took 5 days to arrive from Jonestown, PA. Regular ground shipment should have arrived in 3 days. Other Thoughts: Not happy with Startech. Out of date drivers were sent and the card did not work in an XP pro, Dell 530S computer.
