5 out of 5 eggsWorks just like its supposed to...

Pros: Works just like its supposed to, no real big hassles.

Cons: Only annoyance is that post error table is not very full in the provided booklet... have to look up some error codes on internet.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works as expected.

Cons: Larger size. The PCI faceplate is completely unnecessary and gets in the way. If the display happens to be oriented in a manner such that you can't read it (e.g. riser card), you are out of luck.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks!

Pros: Has most of the codes you need to know in the instruction manual and has helped me diagnose problems on several of my computers.

Cons: overpriced for what you get, the few chips and the led displays you can pick up at an electronics store for less than $5 combined. Gave 4* due to outrageous price

2 out of 5 eggsBetter options

Pros: It does the job, newegg will ship it fast.

Cons: It's cheap construction and features

Other Thoughts: You can get a SY-TECHAID, much better product, and eliminates the need for a power supply tester.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works great for diagnosing startup problems.

Cons: Even though the manual has most of the codes, it would be nice if it was a little more comprehensive.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Perfect!

Pros: It does exactly as needed, and reads any and all post codes output on port 80. My company has about 15 of these for well over 2 years, and not a single one has broken. You do have to remember, that the BIOS can output anything it wants to port 80, and there is no real standard. The Post codes can vary between AMI, Phoenix, General Software, etc. So there is no way the error code chart can be correct, and you have to get the post code meanings from your motherboard manufacturer.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This is simply a card that reads whatever post codes is on port 80, it doesn't actually diagnose anything. Contact your motherboard manufacturer or BIOS vendor for the Post Code Definitions.

4 out of 5 eggsVery useful diagnostic tool

Pros: Works great, nice bright LED readout.

Cons: A little difficult to determine what the 2 digit output is telling you; depends on the brand of bios as to what a given code means.

Other Thoughts: If you end up troubleshooting a lot of PC problems for friends and family, this is worth your money. Cost is about the same as any labor on a given PC repair.

4 out of 5 eggsok also

Pros: Lifetime support/replacement for all of their hard to find products even if the price is no fair.

Cons: somewhat of a boolean list of error codes within the manual, not too difficult to narrow down though.

4 out of 5 eggsit's ok

Pros: It tests three different types of BIOS.

Cons: It didn't tell me my graphics card was bad. My computer wouldn't POST because of the card, and this thing just gave me a number that said in the manual "starting o/s" which it obviously was not doing, it was just sitting there with all the fans on high power.

Other Thoughts: It has to face down just like every other card or it would hit another card, on all cards the main bulk of the card alwayz faces down. it maybe inconvenient, but that's the way it is.
