Pros: It was delivered quickly. Both times.

Cons: The first ST124PRO we purchased worked for about 5 minutes, then quit working. We sent it back. Were over-nighted a new one, and used it for one weekend, and it burned up again!! Thankfully, Newegg.com was very helpful and we received a full refund.

Other Thoughts: Stay very very far away from StarTech!
