Pros: None for me

Cons: Didn't work for what I needed it for. Also, if you use the bracket attached to the PCIe card you will never get it in place correctly. PCI & PCIe cards have the screw to secure it to the case on opposite sides, can't flex the entire assembly enough to use the PCIe card bracket.

Pros: I used this with a older intel 330 atom mini itx board, which only had the gma 950 video . It only had a pci slot. I happened to have the zotac pci express 1x ion video card that I wanted to use, this allowed me to use it just fine. Not for gaming but works good for watching high def vids on youtube and such

Cons: A little spendy for what it is

Other Thoughts: Using it with a old atom 330 dual core mini-itx board
2 gigs of ram
windows xp
Did not purchase it here but all the rest of the components for this build were. Overall very pleased with how it works

Other Thoughts: Extended the life of my P4 system....
