3 out of 5 eggsNot Active

Pros: It's a good cable if you're looking for something other than Eyefinity.

Cons: Doesn't support Eyefinity. Doesn't advertise that it's passive.

Other Thoughts: NextDay Delivery is a joke. Don't waste your time and money on Nextday. Shipping was late and this will be the last time I choose Newegg for anything.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Easy. Worked.

Cons: Wouldn't play through my HDMI switch (built into Onkyo receiver)

Other Thoughts: Was able to hook my Lenovo W520 up to my plasma TV to HDMI via the DisplayPort (DP+). The nvidia driver recognized that I plugged it in and made the TV a mirror of the 1600x900 LCD on the laptop. With the the docking station, you might be able to have extended mode and an full 1080i or 1080p to TV, but I could not with my setup

5 out of 5 eggsWorks with Audio

Pros: Works as expected

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Could be a con, but I would view it as a pro. It has a clip that you must push down to disconnect it from the display port.

Used it with an older Nvidia card, had to get an internal s/pdif cable to get the audio to work.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: Used to connect my Dell E6500 laptop to my Panasonic TV. Plugged it in, worked on first try. Audio from the laptop also routed to the TV, once I configured the laptop's "Audio Devices" correctly.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I noticed that all 4 edges displayed on the TV were "cropped " (e.g. missing some pixels). This is a common scenario sometimes called overscan. I had to use the NVIDIA control panel applet to adjust the size of the display. Now the entire screen shows up on the TV properly.
