Pros: Able to get 2 of my monitors hooked up at full resolution 1920x1080.

Cons: 3rd monitor will not go full resolution. If I have 2 monitors at 1920x1080, the third will only go 800x600.

Other Thoughts: I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W530 with the K2000M video card and docking station.

Pros: Allows me to hook 2 of my monitors at full resolution 1920x1080 eliminating having to hook up my mini display port to get my 5th monitor.

Cons: The third display only comes up as 800x600. If I lower the resolution of one of my other monitors, I can get 1 monitor at 1920x1080 and the other 2 at 1360x768.

Other Thoughts: I have a Lenovo W530 with the Quadro K2000M and the Lenovo 433835U Mini Dock Plus Series 3.

Pros: Well-made
No drama

Cons: None experienced yet.

Other Thoughts: Paired with a Lenovo docking station and T, L series notebooks.

I don't believe you can drive three 4k resolution screens with this solution, but I don't even own a single 4k screen yet. By the time I own three 4k screens I will expect to be using this elsewhere.
