Pros: Easy to install. 10 minutes start to finish. Price was good. Speedy shipping. Appears to be good quality.

Cons: Install would have only taken 5 minutes if they included Win7 drivers on the included cd instead of having to download from their website.

Pros: This card works and provides some legacy IO ports. I'm using it to help upgrade some old point of sale systems that client doesn't want to spend the money to upgrade and it works a charm. Working with parallel and serial peripherals is a pain, but this card is not.

Pros: All three ports work (after a couple of reboots)
Rosewill support was quick to respond and fix my issue

Cons: Having purchased this item 6 months ago I was disappointed when I opened the box and found a damaged component.
After contacting Rosewill via email they replaced the item free of charge and it arrived about a week later.

Other Thoughts: It's good to find a company that will support a replacement outside of the normal Newegg return policy

Pros: Needed a serial and parallel port for some legacy devices connecting to a new machine that had neither. Used the enclosed driver cd and everything installed without issue.

Pros: Noise levels arent bad. its cheap. it works for my srs 232 and SI computer interfaces.

Cons: no free shipping?

Other Thoughts: this is the 1/4 rosewill products that i have ordered which worked when it got here. Not a fan. Though it got 5 eggs for this card (works for me), I will not purchase rosewill again for ANY customers. FAILURE PRONE. Customers dont understand that it wasn't my fault. The last failure was for my mother. unacceptable guys. completely unacceptable.

Pros: great way to make the most of xp mode. Rosewill

Cons: almost a living dinosaur

Other Thoughts: customer wanted to uprade his computer, but not his vinyl decal maker. Boards aren't built with these anymore this solved the problem.
