Cons: - I do wish the internal port was in the form of a header for use with front panel gear, but it's not a huge deal.

- If you run out of SATA ports, you could also strip down a USB HDD and mount it in your case, connecting over the internal USB.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this card because it has many reviews, and there are 5 eggs. I like this card, and it works, but does not do what I like it to. I am not sure if this card is defective, or it has a limitation. I am using the following USB devices: Keyboard, mouse, mic, battery UPS, and for my internal, wireless WiFi adapter. What is even more weird is that when I boot up my PC, why is it giving me 2 long beeps, and then boots to Windows? I soon found out, when I disconnect my internal USB wireless adapter. all 4 external USB devices were connected, and my PC only beeped once, and then it booted faster. So anyways, after hours and hours of headache, I decided to stop, and call Newegg the next day. I explained my whole situation to a Return Rep. We are both puzzled why I can only use 4 USB devices, and leave one empty. So for Newegg to save on shipping it back, he sent me a 10.00 gift card for my troubles. I also found out that Rosewill is a Newegg brand. I will order an identical card from Vantec. It is a brand name, and maybe more reliable. I only ordered this card because of the reviews. If the next card has the same limitation, then both cards are normal, and I have an extra card. So for the excellent service, I will give Newegg 4 stars.

Pros: Just the amount of USB ports that I needed for my pc. Great build quality!

Cons: I am having problems with the card running in my PC. The card is causing windows 10 to give me this.. "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I looked around the internet for away to fix the problem and no luck finding the problem. I even uninstall the drivers and windows still didn't work.

Other Thoughts: Yes I would tell people to get this but not on windows 10.

Pros: Works Great. I plugged it in and my pc read it on the first try. Connected multiple different accessories and they all worked fine. I even used the internal usb to connect a flash drive as sort of an added storage device.

Pros: Has 4 USB slots (the 1 internal slot cannot be used with the 4th exterior slot)

Cons: Only works with older computers that have PCI slots.

Other Thoughts: I hoped to use this to free up USB 3.0 slots on the back of my computer, but silly me bought it without looking closely. It was so cheap, so not worth returning.

Pros: I bought this mainly for the use of my Street Fighter Arcade Stick. My on-board USB ports didn't recognize my arcade stick. Thanks to the VIA chip on this card, I was able to use my arcade stick on my PC.
