5 out of 5 eggsWorks exactly as advertised

Pros: Works exactly as advertised
Adds 2 internal ports
Rigid - I was worried that it would bend easily and possibly break. Turns out I didn't have to worry about a thing. It is very well made.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsDecent internal USB

Pros: Used to hide a boot USB internally. It works and has spare slot for a Bluetooth adapter.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Because I was not able to mount this directly on the mother board I had to be creative in how it was mounted. I ended up zip tying it down with some rubber between it and the metal of the case in order to keep from shorting it out.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little adapter!

Pros: Small, fits easily in a small case. Not much taller than the fanless cpu heatsink on my ASUS boards.

Cons: None that I have encountered.

Other Thoughts: One of the few adapters of its type this thing comes in supper handy for building systems with internal storage that is USB based. I have one of these in each of my FreeNAS boxes that I run on my own personal network. I use the Kingston MicroSD adapter with a 4GB card to store my FreeNAS running images. I don't have to worry about a flash drive hanging off the back of my boxes and this adapter is nice and sort so I don't have to worry about it not fitting in the cases I have. I would definitely recommend this product!

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: does what's advertised. cheap. shipping box is real sturdy.

Cons: plugged it into my mobo and had to move some things around. went to remove it and it took my mobo female end with it. suppose that means the connection is real tight but is that necessary....

inconvenient placement of usb out ports. up and down like how its in the picture means you won't get the full 6 if you had 3 mobo headers. the usb cables will interfere with each other when plugged in as you can't use the middle unit.

Other Thoughts: i would have bought a usb2.0 header splitter CABLE but newegg is clever and prices everything to have a minimal impact on shipping. i could have gotten what wanted from other place but this was more convenient. if you have 3 mobo headers, this will add 4 usb out. plenty considering you probably have front panel and rear i/o ports too.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: It works.

Cons: Lots of packaging for such a small item, and it's kind-of expensive for a few dimes worth of parts.

Other Thoughts: Seriously, this has no electronics on it whatsoever. It won't break unless you snap it in half.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works Great. Ideal for FreeNas Nas Box, which is what I've been using it for. I've been using it for over a year now with no problems.

Cons: None come to mind.

Other Thoughts: I was worried about the stick because it doesn't lock in, but that's how motherboards are made. My main concern was that it would come loose or fall out.

However, I've moved twice since the build and it hasn't been a problem at all.

5 out of 5 eggsHandy to have

Pros: Lets you hide USB accessories in case
inexpensive

Cons: feels a little loose

Other Thoughts: Its a very simple accessory, so I could see how others would be bothered by the cost, but at $10 it's not bad.

I bought it to hide a 2.4Ghz adapter and a flash drive in the case so my kids don't accidentally hit it or steal it(yes, they do disappear!).

When I said it feels a little lose it doesn't fit snug on the header pins so it feels like it can come off easily, but it's not going to go anywhere unless you put your rig on a spin cycle.

5 out of 5 eggscool idea

Pros: Works perfectly and it is a cool idea - lets me install wireless keyboard & mouse dongles internally. Plan on getting another to install xbox controller receiver and wireless USB nic internally as well. The only cables to my case will be power and HDMI.

Cons: None.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Neat idea

Cons: Was a tight fit into USB header on motherboard, but electrical connection was inconsistent, then broke when trying to remove from mobo.

Other Thoughts: Cheap garbage, don't waste your money.
