This adapter works well with my ATI 5770 card(s) to power a 1280x1024 vga monitor. I've only had an issue once so far when pulling the computer out of sleep with the monitor connected through this adapter no turning on. My setup is as follows: (2) ATI 5770 GPUs in XFire (1) 22" 1080p through DVI (1) 20" 720p through HDMI (1) 17" 1280x1024 VGA through DP and adapter With all three monitors connected to the primary card they all work well, I can't vouch for eyefinity through this since my monitors are not the same size or resolution but for just running windows 7 and doing spreadsheets, watching movies, etc the setup works perfectly. Other Thoughts: I bought this to add a third monitor for my setup. This adapter works well with my ATI 5770 card(s) to power a 1280x1024 vga monitor. I've only had an issue once so far when pulling the computer out of sleep with the monitor connected through this adapter no turning on.

(2) ATI 5770 GPUs in XFire
