1 out of 5 eggsSabrent Support Sucks

Pros: cool little box, I got it to work instantly/no problem with the HDMI output of my Comcast box. Couldn't get it to work with what I bought it for...the HDMI output of my laptop....which works perfectly if I connect the laptop HDMI directly to a TV with an HDMI input. Im sure it's a setting on the laptop, but Sabrent's tech Brain G. was too busy being rude, impatient, condescending, and passing the buck to the laptop mfg., I give the device itself 5 stars, but only 1 in this review, because of how badly their tech support sucks.

Cons: Sabrent Tech Support sucks!

Other Thoughts: this isnt my first bad experience with this rude "tech" Brian G., I've had the misfortune of getting stuck with him for support for other products. Guess he's a one-man-show.
