Pros: This device was easy to setup and for the most part the picture was good. Initially as it first presented the picture there was a little pixelization, but it cleared up within a few seconds and was stable for hours.

Cons: After moving the Xbox One to the room with this device, I started to notice that while playing Xbox One games both controllers would randomly disconnect. You could then quickly reconnect them by pressing A. This was accompanied by some random "digital blocks" on the screen that coincided with the disconnects of the controllers. It seems that this device uses similar spectrum as the controllers because replacing this device with a hardwired HDMI cable resolved the disconnects, which I tested over many hours of playing games. I have also noticed the DirectTV wireless genie boxes in my house have more issues when this device is on, probably also similar spectrum. I am really disappointed because I have this ugly wire hanging off my projector in the middle of the room that I was trying to get rid of. Looking for creative solutions from the manufacturer because constantly loosing controller connections is pretty serious from a usability standpoint.

Pros: This device works great. I was able to connect it to my Yamaha Receiver and transmit HD signal from all my devices through my receiver.

IOGEAR support is very helpful

Cons: It breaks too fast. I have gone through two of these in less than 3 years. The first one I had died in less than a year. The second died in less than 2 years.

Other Thoughts: If this device lasted at least three years, I'd say it was worth buying. 200 dollars is too much to replace every year or so.

Pros: Works perfectly for TV and Blu-Ray.

Cons: The problem came when I replaced my Blu-Ray for an HTPC. The HDMI video works great until the PC goes to sleep. For some reason that creates a situation where the only resolution is to re-plug the power on the iogear receiver to get video working again. The aforementioned rude and unhelpful tech support claims this is a known issue and suggests disabling sleep. That's not a great solution for a HTPC that needs to be powered on 24/7 for TV recordings and almost requires that sleep be enabled.

Other Thoughts: If you have this attached to a device that auto-syncs resolution, it gets a little comedic and tedious watching the 15 second show of the 2 devices trying to get on the same frequency/resolution.

Pros: Quick setup, great picture quality, no delay.

Cons: Just one, but critical - it drops the signal and goes black about every 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

Other Thoughts: Everything was great, but it started dropping the signal altogether, the TV screen goes black. I have to cycle power to bring the picture back. Completely unacceptable.

There are many good reviews of this product here, I will try to replace it, but if not - IOGEAR will go off my list.

Pros: Set it up to transmit from my PC video card HDMI to my Yamaha AV receiver HDMI in anther room, about 40' and a wall away. Opened Screen resolution on windows 7 and set "duplicate screens". What ever is on my desktop is now on the TV. I did this so i can watch movies, home and otherwise, with Windows Media Player running shark007 codecs. FANTASTIC !

Cons: May not apply to you ,but I had to open "screen resolution" -before- setup because the option to duplicate or switch screens was not available. So lost control on the PC except for the mouse. since i was in a different room and could not see the TV i had my wife direct me where to move the courser on the TV to the previously opened "screen resolution" box to select "duplicate".
I also had to go to control panel and click "sound" and chose HDMI. (disconnecting you have to go back and chose (in my case) speakers
Once figured out it was, again, Fantastic.

Pros: Easy to use, small

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I bought this so I can beam a 1080p signal to my projector on the other side of the room so I did not have to try to run a hdmi cable. It was super easy to setup, it auto turns on when it detects the signal. So simple I haven't even removed the remote from the bag, just plugged in the hdmi cord and the pass through hdmi port goes to the TV. I have not had any drop outs or any other issues, and my wife is happy that I did not have to run a cable!

Pros: No setup required. I didn't even use the remote control. No jitter with 25 feet through two walls to go through. The units do a lot of good handshaking. They turn themselves on and off based on whether the remote TV is turned on. Replaced Nyrius which needed a lot of reboots. No HDMI splitter needed because it has a pass through.

Cons: When in use, they run hot.

Pros: Displayed laptop and iPod but did not pass audio.

Cons: Laptop and iPod audio did not pass through to TV.
BluRay did not display video or pass audio.
Info icons indicated a connection but the transmitter or receiver could not handle the BluRay content.

Pros: Easy setup, plug and play, small in size, easy to hide.

Cons: I wish it was $50 cheaper so that I could justify buying more of them.

Pros: Easy setup, consistent performance, great alternative to running wires. Controls other devices through one remote.

Cons: Sometimes it is slow to respond to remote, but this could be related to the Comcast X1 as I see delays from it in other rooms not using the IOGEAR

Other Thoughts: Setup was easy. I was able to mount the sending unit on the back of the TV. I'm using it in a single room, essentially line of sight, and its works great. I do see a delayed response from time to time, but I am using it with the Comcast X1 and I see delays from those units in other rooms. I will definitely get at least one more of these units when I upgrade the next room to a wall mounted LCD.
