- Other Thoughts: I just wanted to point out to the people wondering why this doesn't come with software that it is the OEM version. It even states that it is just the hardware itself.

Installed easy in Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit RC.
Works well in Windows 7 Media Center.
Had no Problems recording from DirecTV receiver.
Did exactly what I needed/expected.

I work rotating shifts and can not follow regular programs at their normal times. Being able to record and wind down when I get home from work in the morning is great.
The previous reviews about the drivers gave me time to have the drivers ready for when the tuner arrived, Thanks guys.
I am not using anything special for the TV viewing/recording, Just Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit RC. Windows Home Premium will have all the needed features to support this tuner.

This is the second one in 3 weeks that is this way Newegg has been great at RMA but this one is going back and Im ordering something else. Diamond's site has no help
