We had tried a cheaper card first, but had difficulty with it (we're using this to transmit a text file, not anything unusual). This card did exactly what we needed, it was easy to set up and get running. Cons: It is pricier than some other multi-serial port cards, but you get what you pay for. Pros: I left a message on Brainboxes website with some questions about this product, they called me right away.

We had tried a cheaper card first, but had difficulty with it (we're using this to transmit a text file, not anything unusual). This card did exactly what we needed, it was easy to set up and get running.

Cons: It is pricier than some other multi-serial port cards, but you get what you pay for. These guys give me piece of mind knowing I can contact someone on the phone right away.
