Pros: I bought 2 servers for low power consumption in the Datacenter (<1 amp). Unfortunately, both servers have issues.
Cons: 1. Intel 82574L driver has issues with MSI-X interrupts, dropping connections (google it to find problem description and resolution). Had to recompile and install the Intel driver under Linux. Still, it's not a reliable NIC interface as it still crashes when running for a long time.
Other Thoughts: IPMI and 32 GB RAM are working OK.

Old BIOS version
Pros: Unable to test
Cons: Unable to test
Other Thoughts: Comes with an old version BIOS, so no go for Ivy Bridge right out the box. Now have to buy i3 ($170) just for flashing to newer version of BIOS (v2). I wish SuperMicro included BIOS version somewhere on the box so NewEgg could put it in description section.

Pros: First Supermicro purchase and I'm extremely pleased with what I see. Solid 1U case, very good ventilation with the 4 fans and runs very quietly at the lowest setting (optimal) which leaves them running at around 4900RPM.
Cons: Only thing it didn't come with the the rack mount square nuts with clips, had to get some of those, hardly counts.
Other Thoughts: Liked that it even came with all the rails for rack mounting, from Dell and HP that is now a pricey option.
