4 out of 5 eggsYup, it's pretty big...

Pros: Easy to swap the fan out if you choose to do that later, as I probably will. Shroud indicates airflow direction of stock fans.

Cons: Prevents full height DIMMs from being installed next to the socket on X9DR3-F after cooler installation
Pre-installed thermal paste exceeded the CPU size... not that I kept that anyway.

5 out of 5 eggsRemarkably good

Pros: I expected these coolers to either be loud or to not do a great job--after all, they're only 92mm heatsinks on very high-wattage CPUs. However, they're remarkable. Running on a pair of Xeon E5 4667 V3 CPUs (16c 135w) even at full load temps only hit 50C. Noise isn't bad at all either. Fits snugly on a Supermicro X10DAL-I-O

Cons: More expensive than many 120mm tower coolers

Other Thoughts: Specs:
2x Xeon E5 4667 V3
Supermicro X10DAL-I-O
2x4GB DDR4
Antec CP850w PSU
Antec 1200 V3 case
EVGA 8800GT 512MB
128GB Crucial SSD
2x Supermicro SNK-P0050AP4

Highly recommended for any Socket 2011 system where there isn't space for a 120mm cooler.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Heatsink

Pros: Easy to install, Pre-applied thermal paste, quiet fan, and spring mounted screws ensures the perfect amount of torque.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Installed on a supermicro X10SRA-F, with a Intel Xeon E5-1650 v3. Remember to alternate screwing down the first set of diagonally mounted screws a little at a time. Otherwise once side will be torqued in all the way and the other side will see saw upward

5 out of 5 eggsWorks on supermicro boards

Pros: Includes a bracket for narrow ILM boards like the X10DRL-I. Thermal paste is already applied. Decent price vs. performance.

Cons: The fan cable isn't sleeved. But for a server does this even matter?

Other Thoughts: I purchased this for my home server using a X10DRL-I and according to supermicros cross reference chart this works with LGA 2011-3. No fins were bent or damaged and the packaging was very nice.

Home Server:
Xeon E5-2620
8Gb Hynix ECC Reg. DDR4 2133
250Gb raid 5
X10DRL-I
NZXT Source 210
GS 600 psu

5 out of 5 eggsGood heatsink

Pros: comes with both square and narrow ILM mounts.

Cons: I does not make magical lightshows in my server... its also pretty good at keeping the factory smoke in.

Other Thoughts: It has a fan and it keeps things cool- buy it.

5 out of 5 eggsSupermicro SNK-P0050AP4

Pros: Great "low profile" heatsink for server and workstations.
Much better than enthusiast heatsinks for Xeons
Simple installation
Great reliability

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have used this heatsink for over 4 years on Supermicro, ASUS and Intel server and workstation motherboards. The heatsink is very similar to the HP server heatsinks originally used in an older HP ML150 server.
Current: Dual E5-2630 Solidworks Workstation, Single E5-2630V2 HyperV Host server.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat heatsink

Pros: Feels high quality, not too loud, fits narrow and wide 2011 motherboards, not too tall.

Cons: None really.

Other Thoughts: I got this for a Supermicro X9SRL-F and it fit great using the narrow 2011 bracket.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Really nice solid heat sinks. For a server, they aren't that loud. Used them on a SuperMicro X9DR3-F motherboard. Well packaged and very solid. My Xeon E5 4607 CPUs are sitting at about 37 degrees celcius

Cons: At full speed they can be fairly loud. They never seem to get up to that speed though unless I manually set them to maximum.

Other Thoughts: It's a GOOD thing that the fans have the ability to rev up to high speed where they are fast, loud, and move a lot of air. They run as quiet as a desktop most of the time.

2 out of 5 eggsVERY LOUD

Pros: Fits LGA2011 Narrow ILM. Keeps proc cool, even without fan. Avg 33 degrees with fan (Noctua). 44 degrees without fan.

Cons: Stock fan VERY LOUD. Replaced fan with Noctua 92mm fan.
