Good and Affordable.
Pros: We use these in our servers that we want to seperate hard drives and external SCSI devices. We run HP Proliant DL380 G2 through G5 models. All of them have the HP SmartArray card in them which works great for the internal SCSI hard drives. But when we needed to hook up our external tape library we needed a new SCSI interface. From a suggestion of the vendor we bought this card. With some setup necessary it worked great. Grabbed the newest drives off the net and the thing screams.
Cons: Does not natively support multiple LUNs. You must enter into the BIOS setup for the card and enable it for which SCSI ID you want to have multiple LUNs... this confused us for awhile when the Tape Drive would show up in Device Manager... well it should be a Tape Drive, Tape Library, and Tape Loader all there. Because it uses multiple LUNs it needs that option to be turned on.
Other Thoughts: This is a great and affordable card! Cheers!

Cons: One would think they would test this card in many mother boards. I tried getting it to work on the Asus P5E WS Professional. Froze at: "Setup is starting windows..." Tried it in the PCI-X 133 Slot, and both PCI slots. Even tried it in RAID-0, RAID-1 and non-RAID modes. Still nothing..
Other Thoughts: System: ASUS P5E WS Professional, 2 gig of Corsair XMS2, E6750, two SCA-80 Fujitsu 15K SCSI drives.
