Other Thoughts: Currently testing with different sets of drives and cages. Gets extremely hot during normal ops, all the way up the slot bracket. Handle with care post shutdown. Cons: SATA 1 & 2 only. "Kit" only includes SFF backplane cable, not the SATA fanout. Need to order separately. Make sure your drivers are current before updating the firmware.

Other Thoughts: Currently testing with different sets of drives and cages. Gets extremely hot during normal ops, all the way up the slot bracket. Handle with care post shutdown. With SATA3 RAID common, this is adequate for workstation, SMB server use.
