Pros: The rails function.

Cons: The chain slide doesn't work very well and you have to put a lot of effort into sliding it in an out of the rack. Thankfully the server I mounted in this was light because it was a challenge getting the rails in initially. If you have anything that weighs more than 10-20lbs, get help.

Pros: Solid construction, Lots of space, I really did mount 8 3.5 inch drives, a cdrom and still have room to spare but you will want to watch your power requirements. It comes with drive adapters for those last 2 3.5" in 5.25" bays.

Cons: The way the power supply is mounted is just funny, but what can I say, it works.

Other Thoughts: For trying to fit something in a SUPER tight budget, it's great. BUT if you are mounting that many drives in a case, don't forget to remind yourself that drives go bad and ask yourself if you want something with external hot swap bays for your hard drives ;-)

Pros: Fits case nicely, decent slide rails.

Cons: I keep getting shorted piece parts. The factory packaging is not good and pieces keep getting lost in transit. NewwEgg has been good about replacing lost parts however.
