Pros: Perfect for the small desktop router or switch that needs a home in a rack.

Cons: Too small to hold an elephant in a rack!

Other Thoughts: I was looking for a shelf for a Fortinet 60D Firewall. This could not be more perfect. It’s one inch deeper than the Fortinet. Just 1U height, and the Fortinet sits just barely below the top. Two Fortinets can sit side by side on it with ¼” to spare, so an HA pair should be quite happy on this.

Pros: Price, thin but strong metal.

Other Thoughts: Flipped this upside down, screewed it into a backboard and placed an APC SU1000 UPS on top. Works fine.
