The SRW12US33 12U Wall Mount Rack Enclosure Cabinet is designed to integrate wall-mounting, easy equipment access, and cable management in IT network applications with limited floor space. Extended depth to 33" offers heavy duty construction to handle added levarage. Ventilated front door and side panels allow generous airflow to keep equipment operating safely. Adjustable rack rails with square mounting holes accommodate up to 12U of standard 19" rackmount equipment. A sturdy hinge between the cabinet and the wall-mount bracket allows the cabinet to swing away from the wall for easy access to equipment and cabling. Constructed with a hinged wall mounting bracket and a sturdy steel frame, it can accommodate up to 250 lbs. of equipment in 12U of rack space. With adjustable mounting depths from 3 to 33 inches, the SRW12US33 fits all standard 19" equipment regardless of vendor. To allow easy access to rackmounted equipment, the enclosure cabinet is hinged to swing away from the wall mounting bracket. The SRW12US33 also features perforated lockable side panels and front door, assuring generous airflow to keep equipment operating safely. The front door is reversible and the side panels are removable for easy access to equipment. The top and bottom panels of the enclosure include convenient cable routing ports. The SRW12US33 ships fully assembled and with a 5-year product warranty. This enclosure also meets all enclosure requirements towards PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.

When the time comes to install equipment, the front and rear pairs of rails adjust quickly and conveniently in one-inch increments. Simply unscrew the rails, slide them to the desired depth and restore the screws. Square mounting holes and included hardware support up to 250 lbs. of standard 19-inch rack equipment in 12U of space.

The wall bracket includes a sturdy hinge that allows the SRW12US33 to swing away from the wall for convenient access to equipment and cabling. The swing direction of the enclosure and door can be reversed by rotating the enclosure 180 degrees before installation. The wall bracket locks to provide secure access. The front door locks to provide secure access and is perforated to promote efficient airflow.

Cons: The packaging on this is a JOKE. The first one arrived damaged by the trucking company. But I have a hard time faulting them as There was basically NO protection on this unit at all. 4 corner strips was the complete protection, no box, no side protection, etc. And instead of 3 days, it took more like 7, with the replacement almost a total of 4 weeks. Other Thoughts: I deducted 2 eggs for the packaging, 1 for the speed of the shipping and 1 for Newegg's response when I asked for better packaging on the 2nd unit "That is NOT our policy" is what I was told. This second unit has also arrived with a dent in the side that I will now have to decide if I can live with or return and wait another 7 to 14 days. 6 out of 11 people found this review helpful.
