3 out of 5 eggsSTILL BE CAREFUL

Pros: just revived another, Same as my last review.

Cons: same as the last review, loose hardware... some just finger tight. The easy to get to screws are usually tight, the ones that are hard to get to are loose..... would it be any other way? There's a little sticker in the tray QC PASS QA02 I'd like a word with the jerk that 's passing out these stickers.

Other Thoughts: Seriously, check the hardware, ever see loose hardware land on a high amp bus? Pull this in and out and after a while it will be raining nuts and bolts in your rack.

3 out of 5 eggsBE CAREFUL!

Pros: works great if you know how to make up for the bad parts.

Cons: no touchpad drivers, tap to click is a PIA when you can't change the sensitivity or shut it off. Worst part, the last 3 I received ALL the hardware was loose! a few pulls in and out and screws would be flying around inside the rack..... Also be careful of cable routing as it's open frame.

Other Thoughts: tighten all the hardware, find some drivers for the touchpad, make sure it dont snag anything when you pull it in and out and it's real nice.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks, could be sturdier

Pros: Keyboard works great. Cable is long enough, mounts in rack properly.

Inexpensive.

Cons: Has an L-shaped enter key and small backspace key, unlike nearly all current keyboards.

The rear frame in the rack should be reinforced a bit more - when pulling it out there's significant side to side wobble. firming up the rear corners with an angled brace would fix this.

Other Thoughts: Would buy again, but only for racks that get occasional use.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks pretty well

Pros: Works out of the box and fits into a 19" rack easy as pie. Having a mouse built in makes it nice for the rare times you do need a mouse but just the fact that I never have to mess around with a Kvm switch again makes this gold.

Cons: If you have a enclosed rack cabinet measure and make sure you have the space as this is long and you may have to take the back off your cabinet otherwise. The F1-F12 and lights at the top of keyboard barely stick out when the keyboard is out.

Other Thoughts: Worth the 1U space and the money.
