Habey RL-20 20" 3-sections Ball-Bearing Slide Rail

Pros: Nice strong metal, lots of ball bearings that ride smooth. It was a Habey rail for a Habey drive case but see below.

Cons: It came missing one of the L-brackets = useless. The instructions were pathetic, wrong, and had tiny images with impossible to read labels due to poor photocopying. The Small brackets were a mystery... If you use the top hole and the bottom hole it'll work in a standard rack. Don't know what the other holes were for. Holes for side rails didn't line up well, although the instructions say to use "eight" screws, you'll be lucky if six holes are useable.

Other Thoughts: I know that they want to make the rails universal, but this was a Habey rail kit mounting onto a Habey drive storage rack. You'd think the holes would line up. MUCH better instructions are needed... even for experienced server builders.

Pros: It mounted this server: Habey RPC-410 Steel 4U Rackmount Server Chassis 3
In my rack.

Cons: Instructions said "screw 4 screws in each rail to side of case".
Only 2 screw holes would match up.

Other Thoughts: It's cheap. And it's mounted in my rack.

The rail is designed to work with most rackmount chassis on the market. The holes on the rail are for matching different chassis. So not all holes have to be matched.

Pros: None

Cons: Received today - missing all 3 hardware bags.
Hopefully, the replacement will be complete.
