Cons: Ordered this and received AN EMPTY BOX. The box had weight when it was shipped, but sometime in the delivery it became... empty. After I requested a replacement from newegg (5/5 for support) they sent a new one out with free next day shipping. This second package only had a few of the parts, but not the actual rails!

No idea what is going on with this... would love to actually get my hands on these rails, but something weird is obviously happening with fedex or newegg.

Other Thoughts: Like I said though the Newegg support is absolutely amazing and the process was super simple with them to get a new item... Will probably be buying it from another distributor so I can actually get some rails...

Pros: great for a rail solution if you are lucky enough to receive them.

Cons: I purchased five of these. When they were delivered I received five boxes but only three were full of rails. The others were full of random pieces of junk metal as if someone had stolen the rails at the warehouse and were covering their tracks. Called newegg support and they misunderstood sending me only one box which had all rails. Called again and got another box sent which was missing the rails again. It is like the Russian roulette of the shipping world.

Other Thoughts: These rails are great but be ready to fight in order to get them.

Pros: They work perfect. They bear a lot of weight and the ball bearings make it slide cleanly.

Other Thoughts: These are the same rails as the old Norco RL-26 (Habey is the North American brand of Norco) The Norco branded RL-26 rails no longer use the ball bearings, these ones still do.

Pros: Everything. I recently bought these and rails from another company. The other company's rails were garbage in comparison. These are the best rails I've seen so far. No problems installing them on my 4U server case in a 30" deep cabinet. They are ball bearing and heavy duty. They have a lock so the case doesn't move on you while you work on it in the out position. Simply pressing on the plastic levers on each side and slide your case back into the cabinet. High quality good price. These are the rails to get.
