The product was obviously damaged before it was packaged. The metal shield on one of the SFF-8087 internal connectors was crushed, there is nothing to indicate that this happened during shipping. A Habey representative agreed to cover the return shipping since it was damaged before it left the factory. After he said he would email me a prepaid shipping label he vanished. 14 business days and 3 emails later I still haven't received a reply. This was the first and last time I consider choosing a Habey product. At this point I'm just going to deal with what I have but the stupid thing cost me $56 CAD and its literally nothing more than four connectors and PCB. On a product that probably cost less than $2 to manufacture they should've just sent me a new one and they would've gotten a happy customer who probably would've bought that DS-1520N he was eying... 3 out of 5 people found this review helpful.
