Cons: This SFP was listed as being 100% compatible with HP OEM parts. This is not the case if you are using HP BladeCenter 10GbE pass-through network modules. They require the HP BLc Virtual Connect 1Gb RJ-45 Small Form Factor Pluggable Option Kit 453154-B21. I have now learned the hard way...
