4 out of 5 eggsSeems like a good PSU to me

Pros: Again...fast shipping by newegg.com.
This PSU, though low priced, feels like a solid, well built power supply.
The large fan is silent, and there is just the right amount of connections for the basic home office PC it powers up.
It powers up the PC, the fan works, I like it!

Cons: For the price, I have only one con at this point, and it is really minor...the bundled wire harnesses, are not housed in any kind of sleeve system, they remind me of the old Dell XP machine I used to have. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but cuts into the whole air flow thing a bit, and does not look as clean and professional as I like to see inside the PC case.

Other Thoughts: I have never tried a Sparkle power supply, and was a bit hesitant at first to get this, however, If you are looking for a 300-400W power supply for a basic PC then I think you should consider this one.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Problems

Pros: Works, Solid Feel, Quiet

Cons: Little Pricey For 350W

Other Thoughts: Upgraded my video card and 350W was recommended. Tried to use an older 450W (coolmax) which did work but for some reason it wouldn't work with my system. The Sparkle had the closest specs to my current 250W supply. I had to add an extra Molex to SATA Power Cable Adapter ($2.00 fix) since I needed 3. Paid a little more for an older OEM Supply but sometimes the classics are best.

Pros: Quiet, installed easily, and had right connectors (I made sure before buying). Excellent fan. Will buy again if another fan goes out.

5 out of 5 eggsNew life for old computer

Pros: Bought this to help breath a little more life into an aging HP system. Added more memory and a new graphics board so I updated the power supply. This is my first experience with Sparkle and I can say that based on this it won't be my last, good product at a good price.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This old HP runs Win 7 and I am sure this will be the last update for this faithful computer. The system first came out in 2004 and I bought it fairly close to its release, now mainly used as a second system for light tasks such web browsing and email. Comes in handy when playing games on my new build, I often have them both running at the same time.

5 out of 5 eggsGood lower cost power supply

Pros: Under 40 bucks, appears to be well built, its pretty heavy too. Big fan, enough power connectors for my needs. Sparkle brand reliability.

Cons: Made in China.
SATA connectors are on the same lead so your devices will need to be near each other.

5 out of 5 eggs3 years and still going.

Pros: Great price. Excellent durability.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I've had this running 24/7/365 for 3 years now in a BOINC number crunching server with a Q6600 running at 100%. Still going strong.

5 out of 5 eggsA+ for modest power supply

Pros: These are ideal for 'standard' replacement supplies or business machines. The PSU includes a 120mm 2-ball bearing fan for long life running in the vertical axis.

Internally, the PSU is typical low-end Chinese caps, but they seem to last. It cools very well.
Reliability is excellent. I have placed dozens of these, and only have one (1) DOA. As usual, the Newegg RMA replacement process is superb.

There are 4 MOLEX and 2 SATA connectors, plus the usual floppy, ATX12 (4 pin) and ATX 20+4 arrangement.

Cons: Cable length is not well suited for long runs, such as the Antec P183 case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little power supply

Pros: Solid power supply

Cons: a bit expensive, but good quality

Other Thoughts: I have used Sparkle Power supplies for years. They are a standard run-of-the-mill power supply, but they work like champs... No flashy features, just good clean power. No it isn't a high end supply, but much better than most PS's that come with a case. If you are looking for a good PS that is gonna last and just works the way it should, Sparkle Power is a good choice.
