4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Provided stable power for 4 years through multiple PCs.

Cons: 5VSB caps decided to give out, so when its most recent home was turned off, it wouldn't turn back on!

Other Thoughts: Wish FSP would improve it's capacitor choice for their low end units, but can't complain too much as it last 4 years.

4 out of 5 eggsThe Best 400watt

Pros: Dual 12v rails with 18amp capacity each
Runs cool & quiet, even under heavy loads
Built to last (over 3 years so far for mine)
Outstanding price:performance ratio
Supports OC'd 2010 components! (see other thoughts)

Cons: Doesn't flow a lot of air (but it's quiet)
Single 6-pin PCI-e connector
Only 2 SATA connectors

Other Thoughts: Bought from NewEgg Sept.'07, and have used in 3 different systems.
Now using it to power the one I just built;
Core i3-530 @ > 4GHz
2x2GB Mushkin DDR3-1333
Gigabyte H55M-S2V
GTX-460 @ 840core, 4200mem
If your requirements are similar, this PSU is highly recommended.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quality Power Supply, I've bought two of these over the last year and they perform great, with stable voltages, even under load. Very Quiet!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This has been powering my system for close to 6 months now, and has been powering a similar system for around a year. Here are the computer specs: Athlon X2 5200+, 2GB XMS2, ATI X1950GT 512mb, 160GB HD, DVDRW. I would trust this power supply, even with an 8800GTS.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet. Solid voltages. Quiet. Good cable length. Quiet.

Cons: More SATA connectors would be nice.

Other Thoughts: Not flashy or showy. No shiny lights or bells and whistles. Just nice, quiet solid power. Highly recommended

5 out of 5 eggsAnother great one from Sparkle/FSP!

Pros: This power supply is very quiet. It just makes a low whooshing noise from the fan, but no whine or hum. I would say it's just as quiet, if not more quiet, than the FSP300-60GN that it replaced. It's only rated at 400 watts, but if you look closely at the amperes and the ratings for the +12V lines, it's actually closer to most 450-500w units. The price is very good considering the output ratings and noise level.

Cons: Unfortunately, it's not all roses. There is no sleeving on the cabling. The number of standard molex is rather small for those of us who haven't converted to serial ATA. I only have one to spare, and wouldn't have any to spare if my case fans were running directly off the power supply. There's no way I can see to easily connect the second floppy type connector to the motherboard in a full tower case, unless your hard drives are right next to your motherboard. And even then, you might need an extension.

Other Thoughts: It runs my DFI Infinity NF UltraII-M2 just fine, and every place I read said that you must have a 480w++ power supply to run this board reliably. I have two 7200 rpm hard drives, two DVD-RW drives, floppy, Geforce 8600GT (passive cooling), and Athlon 64x2 3800+.

5 out of 5 eggsMore power for your money

Pros: I owned 2 Sparkles in the past 250W and 300W and both lasted and put out more power than they are suppose too. 12V rail is most important part of a power supply and Sparkle always has great 12V amps. Don't be fooled by the brand names and the Watts, look at the amps on the 12V, that is what counts.

Cons: none so far.

Other Thoughts: Waiting to get this PSU for a new build with e6750, x1950pro 512, and Gigabyte p35 mobo, hope it all works well, sticking with WinXP.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Buy!

Pros: This PSU provides very stable output, even under heavy loads.

Cons: The cables could be sheathed. ;-)

Other Thoughts: I'm running this PSU with a Q6600, two HDDs, two optical drives. two gigs of RAM, and two 120mm fans...power is stable, unit runs fairly cool too.

5 out of 5 eggsGood So Far

Pros: Quiet and stable, plenty of wires for my setup.

Cons: Had to bend the support so large fan would fit, not really a con, easily done.

Other Thoughts: I hope it last longer than 3 months like the other brand I got. Sheathing on wires would be nice.
