5 out of 5 eggsSprakle :)

Pros: I've had this PSU running in my new build for about 2 months now and it had done everything I've needed it to do without any problems or hiccups. I game on this rig and everything is fantastic. It was affordable, had 4 rails and wasn't DOA so what would could you ask for? If you're thinking about buying this one. Just do it.

Cons: Can't find any.

Other Thoughts: My Build:

Windows 7
Asus Maximus Hero IV 1150)
i5-4670k OC'd to 4.2
Gskill Ripjaws X series (8GB)
Corsair Hydro H50
Asus 660 TI
Seagate Barracuda 1TB & 120GB Samsung 840
Sparkle Magna 900W PSU

4 out of 5 eggsIt's beefy!

Pros: Beefy. Great PS! Good cable management. Silent.

Cons: Died, eventually. Lasted almost 3 years, daily and nightly use. Just about 24/7.

Other Thoughts: Nothing lasts forever! :( I'd buy it again, especially at the current day, much lower price. I paid over $180 a few years ago.

It ran, AMD 5400+, 2 video cards 8800GTS's, 5 7200 rpm HDD's, DVD, and 3 mild fans.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy, great design

Pros: Modular, lots of extra cables and a soft carry bag for the extras you don't need. Came with several velcro ties to keep things neat. I really like how this is designed. Came with a really thick power cable to plug into the wall with.

Heavy, beefy, solid construction. Powered the computer up the very first time, no problems at all. Quiet too, all I hear are my case fans.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGood Buy

Pros: Bought this 3 years ago ran fine up till now. Not bad considering the abuse it had taken. Worth the money for sure.

Cons: Price point hits kind of hard but is worth the investment if you are looking for a good and long lasting psu.

Other Thoughts: semi modular kind of nice not having to deal with ever single cable.

5 out of 5 eggsPower Supply

Pros: Simple and easy. Has a nice clean feel to it. Having modulated power cords it handy.

Cons: Not too sure why there's a 4-pin sub and an 8-pin sub when the 8-pin splits off as well. Maybe there's MoBos that use them both? None that I've seen yet.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: This modular psu was easy to install, hook everything in to the case, and even came with a bag to hold all the cables in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple modular psu that is running two video cards.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Alas, as I write this review I am in the middle of purchasing another one. I bought this one on April 14th 2008 and it is now July 20th of 2011. A three year, 3 month run isnt bad. Of course I ran the thing almost 24/7/365, and that was with 3 hard drives, a dvd/blu ray drive, two Geforce 9600 GT (SLI), a wireless card, and a Intel Q6600 cpu. Now the sparkle has died

5 out of 5 eggsLots of Power!

Pros: Lots of power. Love the cable management. Can connect many things.

Cons: The power supply fan is definitely the loudest one in the case, but that is to be expected with a 900 watt power supply.

Other Thoughts: I'm powering 7 x 750GB 7200RPM hard drives, a NVIDIA GTX 260 video card, and 6 x 2GB sticks of DDR3 RAM, a RAID card, 2 x high quality sound cards, 2 x 250mm fans, 2 x 120mm fans, and a Intel i7 920 Processor. I haven't had any weird issues so I believe I have enough juice to keep things running 24 x 7.
