Pros: Very Compact. Needed something to fit in a Asus Veriton x275, which is a very compact case. I had plenty of room. I do not hear much fan noise myself. There is a little hum if I really listen to it. Works excellent.

Cons: I wish there were more SATA connections. It only has two and they are on the same cable. Had to buy a converter so I could hook up my HD and Disk drive.

Pros: Very small and powerful, I think it is possible to install it into any slim PC

Cons: I bought it to upgrade my UPS 220W in my slim Gateway SX2800. It is smaller then original UPS and have smaller fan. The fan works very loud, much louder then original. No way to hear it more then one hour, too noisy 8=(
