3 out of 5 eggsShipping problems

Pros: Not sure.

Cons: Not Sure.

Other Thoughts: Power supply was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in styrofoam peanuts. When it arrived there were small bits of foam inside the power supply.

Newegg offered a replacement, but not expedited like I payed for with this one, so I going with a full refund.

Watch out for OEM packaging as it's not very good.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It had all the connectors I was looking for. The 20+4 pin connector as well as the CPU power connector. Quality was good, definitely not a cheap power supply and the price was right.

Cons: It didn't come in a box and didn't have any screws... I can live without either because it worked.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This power supply is very quiet, and it has two 12v rails which is awesome. It's also very affordable, and is probably one of the best PSU's that can be bought at this price.

Cons: For some reason I had to mount mine upside down or else the screw holes wouldn't line up, but maybe that is how it is supposed to be mounted? But I don't know why the label would be upside down if it was supposed to be mounted upside down like mine for it to be upright.

Other Thoughts: I bought this PSU in hopes of it fixing some strange flickering on the screen that I was getting at startup. But this didn't fix the problem, but at least now I know my graphics card is getting enough amperage on the 12v rail, which is a good thing.

5 out of 5 eggsthough its time has passed.

Pros: Though this is not the power supply I bought from newegg about 5 years ago it is the closest I could find since the original has been taken off newegg. I am now getting a new computer together and have ordered all my parts from newegg two days ago and part of it was a new 600 watt power supply as my old antec 400w wouldn't do the job lol. HOWEVER I trust antec and newegg to a fault!!!! I have had this power supply for 5 years now and even though nothing broke down till just about a month ago (motherboard died from a storm) my antec 400w still works after a thunderstorm that craped out my computer haha! If you need a powersupply antec is the way to go I highly suggest it. To bad the older power supplies with lower wattage will be collecting dust cause today higher wattage is needed lol.

Cons: After 5 years I am proud to say none what so ever! Wait no i'm wrong sorry, I got one con here. I wish newegg would switch to some other shipper then UPS I only say this because i've had problems with UPS more then once and they arn't as friendly as some other shipping companies.

Other Thoughts: Many won't bother with looking at lower wattage power supplies now but if you have an older computer that you still use for one reason or another and need a new power supply I highly recomend this one and of course newegg won't ever let you down!

5 out of 5 eggsIt's hard to screw up a power supply

Pros: Plenty of 4 pin power connectors. It is 20+4 but that's better in my opinion.

Cons: Nada

Other Thoughts: It really is hard to screw up a power supply. Mine did however come bent and in the Europian settings. Lucky I noticed it so I could change it. Watch out for that.

5 out of 5 eggsNice quiet and stable PS

Pros: I chose this power supply for my new C2D E6600 system, mainly because I didn't expect my old non-ATX2.0 Antec smartpower 350w PS to be up to the task. I didn't expect this PS to be the quietest thing, given the price and the slightly smaller, higher speed fan compared to some more expensive offerings.

When I put the system together and booted it up, I was actually surprised to hear how quiet the thing is. It's not completely silent, but it's definitely a quiet power supply. The hum it emits is very, very low.

Cons: Long wires can be hard to deal with in a smaller case, but probably a godsend to those of us with larger ones.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT!

Pros: It works great, can't say how long it lasts, but it's quiet and works great. Long wires.

Cons: Long wires, other than that no problems

Other Thoughts: It's good if you have a lot of room in your case, even if you don't you can rubber band the rest of the unused wires together and hide them somewhere in the case.
