5 out of 5 eggsgood psu

Comments: I got this psu in the antec 1650b case. It has 21a 12v, which is a plus. It's quiet and it fits perfectly in my dell 2300 computer(I needed more power in my 1650b case). Good buy.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I have loved using Antec products. I got this with a case, and it has never given me any problems. Have had it on max a week at a time, and has never given me any trouble in my PC, even when I upgraded many core components and the case. Definately a best buy, and would buy another if one was needed.

5 out of 5 eggsCool to the core

Comments: High quality power supply. I used it for 16 month now with PC on pretty much 24/7. The dual fans keep the case and components cool.

5 out of 5 eggsWhy I won't buy Antec anymore

Comments: I have had two Antec power supplies go bad in the past 5 years. When the first one went bad, I happened to be passing through Fremont shortly after it died, and I dropped in at Antec. They tested it and gave me a replacement. A month ago I had an SL350 go out on me while I was backing up my primary hard drive. What a mess. It was only a year and a half old. I called three times trying to get a RMA, and all I got was voice mail. Again, I happened to be passing through Fremont, and I dropped in at Antec. This time they refused to test it, or discuss what the problem might be. I told them that I had already tested it with a powmax tester and knew that it was bad. They refused to do anything because I had not obtained a RMA in advance, and would not give me one as I stood there in their lobby. Antec power supplies are no longer worth the risk, nor the hassle.

3 out of 5 eggs1 out of 56

Comments: I have enjoyed Antec powersupplies and cases. I have not had a problem with either until my most recent purchase. The power supply failed after 5 days of constant use (brand new). On the 4th day the computer had been shut off, but still plugged in (motherboard power LED was lit green). On the 5th day, the mb LED was unlit and the ps box was hot. I unplugged the ps from the AC source, let it sit for a few hours till cool and plugged it back in. The ps never lit the mb LED and only generated heat. I still recommend Antec and advising this review of my findings.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Comments: I got this psu a couple of minutes ago (not from newegg sadly) and it seems to be working good. Although only a few minutes isnt really enough time to test it i know it will be reliable because i have plenty of Antec products and you can trust them. And anyone who is afraid of installing a psu for the first time, dont be worried, took me 10 mins total and I'm only 13! Happy Gaming
