5 out of 5 eggssurprisingly good

Pros: Small, powerful, all the connectors i need to power my micro atx motherboard (and full size atx as well it seems) and even pci cards

Cons: none yet, its great!

Other Thoughts: bought it for my micro atx case, but it turns out my micro atx case fits a full size atx power supply. oh well, i'm loving this one!

5 out of 5 eggsNice Micro PSU

Pros: Quiet. Appears to be well constructed

Cons: None noted yet

Other Thoughts: This is the second unit I have purchased. The first was 400 watts and has lasted several years without any problems in a 24/7 HTPC. I was given another low profile Core-2 that had a blown PSU and decided to salvage it back to a Media Player with XBMC. I put this in and it started right up. Installed Ubuntu and XBMC and another TV has full access to my media collection

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY

Pros: worked well when it actually powered on

Cons: owned for 3 months and FSP told me i would have to pay to ship their faulty product back to them so they can "look" at it. Its a pet peeve of mine not to take responsibility of your faulty product. If it doesnt work take responsibility that your inconviencing your customer and take the hit on the shipping charge. Im not even going to waste my time shipping it back just buy gonna buy something else. Unfortunately im having a hard time finding micro-atx psu from a well known manufactor.

4 out of 5 eggsgets the job done

Pros: Plenty of space leftover in my atx tower due to this being micro.

Cons: The metal piece that allows the use of this in a standard atx tower is a bit flimsy. I went to plug in the power cord for this psu and that piece was bending in.

Other Thoughts: Happy with the purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsWe need more POWER scotty!

Pros: Works great, has plenty of power plugs.

Cons: It seems a little loud, but it is also in the entertainment center which could be echoing the fan a bit. the noise does not over power the TV, you can just tell the computer is on when you are in the living room.

1 out of 5 eggsUsed once, then now doesn't work anymore

Pros: - small size
- easy installation
- black finish
- enough cables for my setup
- has all parts/screws/cables you need

Cons: None, but see other thoughts...

Other Thoughts: So, I built my own PC and all worked on Sunday. I was able to install my OS, and all my programs and do all updates required. It was on for about 6 hours that day before I turned it off.

Monday (yesterday), i didn't use the PC.

Today, I added a video card (didnt want the on board video of course) and upon hitting the power button... nothing happened. No fans, no led, no sound... nothing! I got to the point where I disconnected everything and put everything back, but still no success. Even took the video card out again to see if it would boot with it's previous hardware installed.

I don't know about you, but to me it's the power supply that's the issues. Will have to return this thing, just don't know how yet. Haven't had to return anything from Newegg before. Sucks!

I was trying to save by building my own PC, shipping and stuff is killing me.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!!!

Pros: Its a very small but powerful unit. It will run just about any GPU besides a few power hungry ones.

Cons: Had to modify the 12v rails for my gpu. They had the 2x 6 pin on one rail for gpu. The other was on the 2x4 pin for cpu. i used a 4 to 6 pin converter to go to my gpu. now everything works great.

Other Thoughts: Its currently running my i5 3750, GTX770 with a SSD and harddrive.

4 out of 5 eggsCords Cords Cords!

Pros: Small profile, easy installation. Can't get much better quality for a Micro ATX form factor.

Cons: Cord management! The other reviewers aren't kidding, cords are flopping about everywhere. There's a rubber band securing everything in shipping - that's it. Remove that rubber band and cords spring out like a canned snake! More power attachments than necessary - I can't imagine people using 8 drives with a MicroATX setup. Then again, it's modular, so it gives options to those with bigger cases.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this for my Micro ATX HTPC server and it works great. I'm really impressed with the amount of power in such a small package. Removed 1 egg for the cord management part... a strap of some kind wouldn't have hurt the pricing.
