Pros: This KVM is an excellent value, especially under $200.00
We have 3 of these in our shop, all of them work without issue
This comes with cables!

Cons: Yes the hot keys are goofy but if you hit them in order instead of all at once, they work like a charm
The enter key is a killer though, sometimes it does stop something accidentally on the screen

Other Thoughts: I would highly recommend this product to anyone at this price point

Also I do not understand the gender issues with the cables that people where talking about? No issues here?

Pros: This item worked great right out of the box. The lights on the front and both functional and attractive. One light lets you know what is selected and the other if something is connected. Great price.

Cons: Nitpicking here (so no egg deductions)

1) The buttons are, well, not buttons so much as plastic covered clicky things. Actual buttons would have been nice. If it is like every other device that uses this tech, the plastic coverings will likely eventually crack and fail.

2) you need to be careful when ordering as one version comes with the cables and once does not.

Pros: This is the 2nd unit I've bought and love it. Works great.

Cons: Horrible customer service. I couldn't find the rackmount brackets (box was tossed) so I called to order new ones. They are forcing me to start the RMA process and then I might be able to send the unit back. All I want is to order new ones. Their live chat doesn't work. Some times they answer the phone some times not. When I finally talk to someone I can halfway understand they claim they cant hear me.

Pros: Works great! Iogear KVM switches have never let me down, I have used lots of their 2 and 4 port models.

Cons: If I had to think of a con, the blue power LED is really, really bright. For me it wasn't a big deal but it might bother some people.

Other Thoughts: I would buy this again in a second. In fact, I plan on buying more of these since they work so well.

Pros: Very nice unit considering the cost. Having the cables included makes the price even more attractive. The ability to daisy chain additonal units together is also a great feature-a feature almost unheard of at this price point. The video quality is fine for it's intended use-local control of different machines in a server rack.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Overall, an excellent value for the sysadmin looking to control a small group of devices cost effectively-without any fuss or hassle. Since multiple units can be daisy chained together you won't have to worry about outgrowing the switch. An excellent, no-frills product for the sysadmin on a budget who doesn't need KVM over IP, sound, DVI, or lots of extra features.

Pros: Nice overall design

Cons: Bad video quality!
