It has a "3 year" warrantee, so I contacted the Lenmar via their website to see if they would honor it. I received the standard automated response but no followup. Other Thoughts: I ordered the same battery in September. It worked flawlessly, exceeding the OEM battery I had (Nikon). So I ordered a second one. Seems to hold its charge just as long as the Nikon brand battery that came with the camera. Fits perfectly in the charger and camera (unlike some other 3rd-party batteries I've bought that don't fit as well). Comes with a plastic cover for the metal contacts, which is nice if you carry it in your camera bag with other accessories. Cons: I've heard that if, on the small chance that a 3rd-party brand battery were to explode or leak and damage your camera, Nikon will not honor your camera's warranty.
